A causa delle recensioni positive, ho scelto di rimanere in questo luogo. La posizione è una passeggiata 20-minute dalla stazione della metropolitana, che non è troppo cattiva. L'hotel non è anche lontano dall'aeroporto e la linea della metropolitana è piuttosto conveniente. Tuttavia, ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti quando ho fatto il check-in e il parcheggio ha richiesto un'ulteriore tassa. Il prezzo non era nemmeno molto economico. Non c'erano molte strutture vicine. Questo posto potrebbe essere adatto per viaggi di business, ma in generale, è solo un hotel a catena media.

Sono stato molto deluso che il WIFI non abbia funzionato per tutta la mia permanenza, gli ho detto che hanno spostato la mia stanza, ma anche la stanza che mi hanno spostato non aveva nemmeno WiFi. Come un collegamento Internet professionale come mercante è necessario soprattutto quando hanno dichiarato prima che la stanza è stata prenota che forniscono WiFi operativa.

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda. Accanto all'hotel c'è un supermercato per le necessità quotidiane. Il supermercato vende frutta, verdura e carne. La camera dell'hotel ha una cucina, quindi è molto comodo cucinare da soli. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale, ma poiché si tratta di un aparthotel, il servizio di pulizia delle camere viene effettuato solo una volta a settimana. Prenderò in considerazione di soggiornare qui la prossima volta che andrò a Londra.

As expected by the brand, the faculties were upscale and modern. The room was comfortable and mostly clean (coffee stain on the carpet). It was quiet (superior queen) at end of hallway, facing toward interior courtyard. Did not eat breakfast. However, the staff was condescendingly friendly throughout the stay, except for one person at the very end (after we had checked out). Also, finding the hotel was a nightmare. Even with GPS we missed the entrance three times (once we ended up on the M4 and it took us 24 minutes to return). When mentioned to the staff, we were told -with a smile- that no one had ever had problems finding the place (except for us, apparently). The big problem is lack of signage to find parallel access road (see photo of alleyway parallel to main road; we missed that entrance several times) Underground parking (15£ per day) was mostly convenient, but access door to hotel smelled of urine. Lastly: I booked an executive room and was DOWNGRADED by the hotel. Then I was told -with a smile- that Trip.com had sent them a wrong reservation request/voucher; i was told to see with them (ie. MY problem, not theirs).

Great hotel Friendly informative staff very helpful Ideal location for Twickenham We walked to ground which took just over an hour then caught 267 bus back Hotel room was very clean and had lovely large towels in bathroom The breakfast for a full English was £9.99 and there was plenty of choice with staff filling up food quickly and efficiently throughout the morning Limited spaces in car park but there is an alternative just down the hill Would recommend
