Hotel con colazione a Pretoria

Il miglior hotel di giardino di Pilegria, situato su una piccola montagna, ha molte ambasciate intorno, tranquillo e sicuro.Il design dell'hotel è molto caratteristico, la camera è grande, il livello di tre pasti è molto alto, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è anche particolarmente buono, cinque stelle lode.

Che soggiorno sorprendente abbiamo avuto a forever selvaggio !! Da salutarci alla porta alla ricezione, tutto andò bene la signora al divano era assolutamente sorprendente. La zona è tranquilla e ci sono molti animali da vedere intorno. Le camere erano belle e tutto quello che avete bisogno era lì.Il personale è estremamente amichevole e utile. Il colazione è stato eccellente 👌 Ci sono alcuni ristoranti nella zona solo chiedere e vi guideranno lì. Assicurati di pagare la tassa di conservazione quando si entra in Dinokeng e ottenere un permesso di riserva di gioco auto. Sarei sicuramente tornato e rimasto più a lungo!

Un posto così bello. Dormir in un aeroporto è stato assolutamente qualcosa di nuovo per noi. Il posto è così pulito e il personale è molto amichevole. La vista dell'aeroporto è stato stupendo.

Il personale della casa degli ospiti era molto amichevole, e poteva parlare inglese. La mia camera d'albergo era molto pulita, tra cui i tappeti, il legno e il bagno. La mattina il colazione inglese era buono, ma non c'erano scelte. Non potevo usare la piscina perché era pulita.La casa degli ospiti è convenientemente situata in una parte relativamente sicura del Pretoria Est e è vicino ai grandi centri.

Questo hotel boutique ha fornito un servizio clienti eccellente. Le camere sono grandi. Ho servito colazione davanti al fuoco. Volevo tornare a stare qui perché questa era una splendida esperienza.

Great experience. Wonderful staff at reception , doning room ,bar and parking . The staff cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise, knock on the door early in the morning and were not very polite. They need to be inducted in customer service.

Il ritmo è situato in posizione centrale vicino alle aziende e alle sale alimentari. Esso offre una possibilità di cena con loro o di scegliere ristoranti multipli a piedi. Ha un parcheggio sicuro e le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. Ci è WiFi veloce. Il personale è amichevole e molto utile.

Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

The service was excellent upon my arrival,I was surprised with a cake and fruits and nuts platter because I went to celebrate my birthday thank you ANEW HOTEL,not to forget a glass of champagne at reception enjoyed my birthday.

We came from Stay Easy Mbombela in Mpumalanga which we came to know was renovated maybe 2 years back and looks stunning so our expectations were high. Stay Easy Pretoria has an old style inside the rooms, the furniture is just brown with no personality. We didn’t have a fridge like we did in MP. There was an ice machine on each floor. The dining area is small and as there was a soccer team it got full quickly and it was hard to move around. I wouldn’t really say it was value for money.
