Hotel con colazione a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Bellissimo hotel boutique. Molto affascinante. Decorazione magnifica. Il personale era molto attento e si è allontanato dal loro modo per rendere la nostra permanenza piacevole. Fato per ordinare colazione e una buona selezione di articoli da buffet per colazione. Le camere erano impeccabili con un abbondante assortimento di toletta, adorabili set di tè ceramico e tazze di caffè. Un'ampia fornitura di bicchieri di vino. Il letto era estremamente comodo con lenzuola di alta qualità. Spero di tornare a Hue e prenoteremo di nuovo qui quando lo facciamo. Tutto era fantastico.

Mi sono trattato come un regalo dal momento in cui sono arrivato per il mio 4 notti di soggiorno. Ho chiesto un check-in molto prima senza problemi e senza costi aggiuntivi. Mi è stato offerto un aggiornamento gratuito ad un appartamento incredibile molto più grande con balcone che guarda la laguna. Molto comodi letti e cuscini. Il personale di servizio pulisce ogni giorno e lascia acqua fresca e frutta. La colazione è grande con una 'stazione d'uovo' per cucinare le uova come vuoi. Ho ordinato la cena nella mia stanza la sera e il servizio alimentare e di servizio era impeccabile. Le classi Yoga & Tai Chi sono un bonus extra e ho avuto la possibilità di caiacare sulla Lagoon per 2 ore che è anche gratuito. Se avevo bisogno di aiuto con qualsiasi cosa ho appena dovuto messaggiare e sono stato risposto immediatamente. Ho anche chiesto un controllo più tardi & che è stato fatto senza problemi. Il personale qui è assolutamente meraviglioso, se solo il personale dell'hotel fosse così! L'unica difetto al Resort è la stanza degli uccelli. Non sapevo che gli uccelli sarebbero in gabbie e non potessero volare correttamente. Questo è stato turbato e immagino che potrebbero sbarazzarsi di prenotazione. Non ha senso cacciare uccelli quando si sono circondati da loro al Resort. A parte questo aspetto ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno e grazie a tutti coloro che hanno fatto una tale esperienza memorabile.

Nel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza fino all'ultima notte (quella di sabato), quando l'hotel era completamente occupato da un gruppo di chiassosi vietnamiti – grandi famiglie con circa 50 bambini di diverse età (erano lì per festeggiare un compleanno) – che hanno rovinato il mio sonno alle 5:40 del mattino e poi di nuovo (dopo che ho detto loro di fare silenzio) alle 7:40, impedendomi di riaddormentarmi (avevo lavorato fino all'una di notte e avrei voluto dormire almeno fino alle 9:00) 🤦🏼‍♀️ I loro bambini correvano per il corridoio sin dal mattino presto urlando, con le porte delle loro stanze aperte, mentre i genitori urlavano tra loro (queste persone maleducate di paese non sanno parlare a bassa voce). Si sentiva tutto molto forte anche a porta chiusa (la mia sveglia suona persino più piano). La sera prima, cantavano il karaoke nella sala riunioni accanto al bar della hall (nell'edificio principale), e lo sentivo distintamente nella mia stanza al quinto piano. Non capisco perché la direzione dell'hotel permetta a gruppi così numerosi, che non sanno nemmeno rispettare gli altri ospiti, specialmente in un hotel a 5 stelle, di soggiornare in un hotel di un marchio così rinomato (Meliá). Questo tipo di ospiti LOCALI rovina solo l'immagine dell'hotel! Pago per un hotel a 5 stelle per dormire bene, non per essere disturbato 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 da ospiti che non hanno buone maniere e non insegnano ai propri figli come comportarsi in luoghi simili. Il mio consiglio per chi ha il sonno leggero è di EVITARE questo hotel nei FINE SETTIMANA, poiché probabilmente non riuscirete a dormire. Vivo in Vietnam da 7 mesi (principalmente in hotel 4-5 stelle) e ho notato che è una pratica comune per alcuni vietnamiti radunare l'intero villaggio e prenotare hotel a 5 stelle per i fine settimana per celebrazioni. Ho avuto lo stesso problema in un ottimo hotel 4 stelle a Hoi A dove ho soggiornato per 6 settimane. Ogni fine settimana era un incubo per me (di notte e al mattino presto!). Per tutti gli altri aspetti, se venite a Kobi durante la settimana, questo è un hotel fantastico! Letti, panorami, ONSEN, colazione... e il personale sono fantastici! Grazie a tutti coloro che lavorano in questo hotel per l'ottimo servizio offerto.

Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

The staff is very friendly, especially a young female staff at the front desk who will be very patient to help guests solve some local problems. As a guest, I feel warmly treated. The room is very clean. The service of the hotel staff is very active and effective. For example, I didn‘t bring a power converter. The staff was very active in helping me solve this problem. I will visit this hotel again next time.

Anche se si dice che sia un 4 stelle, è molto al di sotto degli standard coreani. L'ascensore è pieno se ci metti 2 persone e 2 valigie. Anche la serratura della porta della camera era allentata. Dato che si tratta di un vecchio edificio, è molto scomodo. Quando ero lì, mi hanno detto che c'erano dei lavori in corso nella stanza accanto, non era uno scherzo. Anche la colazione è ordinaria. Tuttavia, i giardini dell'hotel sono grandi, quindi è bello che i bambini possano correre.

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

Il manager è molto bello, cambia la mia stanza in una stanza più bello quando si lamenta dell'odore del bagno. Non ho capito che il condotto d'aria non funzionava bene dopo essere tornato la sera e basicamente il controllore non può aprire o controllare il condizionatore d'aria, in cima il condotto d'aria solo soffia aria a 1 velocità abdc1 temperatura non abbastanza fredda, finisce a dormire poco a tutti durante la notte, perché la camera è molto calda con condotto d'aria non funziona bene. Non cercare di dire alle persone come gestire le attività alberghiere, ma come manager dovrebbero controllare le condizioni delle camere, che sono buone o cattive, porte di gabinetti, carpette di corridoio, ecc, se vogliono attrarre più clienti, e regolarmente controllare le camere, non aspettare che i clienti si lamentino e poi cercare di risolvere i problemi. A parte tutti questi manager di hotel è una persona assolutamente gentile. Non mi sento facile lasciare questo hotel perché è così gentile, ma ho bisogno di una camera fredda per dormire bene. L'affitto di moto è molto bello da questo hotel, offre una tariffa di mezzo giorno perché sono arrivato alle 2:00. La stanza dispone di 2 belle finestre e un bel giardino balcone. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della notte, dove si trova il pranzo e le strade a piedi.
