Hotel con colazione inclusa a Washington Township

Questo hotel è IL MIGLIORE! Pagherei anche molto di più rispetto a quando soggiorno qui. Tutto è super pulito, il personale è meraviglioso, le camere sono così belle con letti fantastici e fantastiche opzioni tv! Vorrei che la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio fossero aperte, ma so che è fuori dal loro controllo. Le uniche piccole cose che potrei dire è che la colazione prendi e vai potrebbe essere migliore e il loro mercato non ha nulla! Oh e non so perché il computer nella hall non può essere utilizzato. Ma quelle sono solo piccole cose e non contano molto perché tutto il resto è fantastico!! Consiglio questo hotel con tutto il cuore!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was excellent. It was an easy, scenic 25-minute drive to the Greene County Fairgrounds, where we were attending the Hamvention amateur radio event. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. A special thank you to the many exceptionally nice staff members: Paul and the two ladies (whose names I didn’t get) working the front desk, and the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staff. The only person who was crabby was the breakfast lady, but the others were so nice that they cancelled her out. We hope to stay here again for next year’s Hamvention.

My recent encounter with Barbara Presley at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton South - I-675 was profoundly disappointing and disheartening. Not only did Barbara exhibit extremely unprofessional behavior during our interaction, but she also subjected me and my 6-year-old daughter to a distressing and unsettling experience. Barbara's conduct included yelling and screaming, which is entirely inappropriate and unwarranted in a customer service role. She also provided misleading information, falsely claiming that my reservation had been canceled by a third party when this was not the case. Moreover, she intentionally canceled my reservation, causing significant inconvenience and distress to my daughter and me. To make matters even worse, Barbara's actions led to an unnecessary involvement of the police. When officers arrived at the hotel, she provided them with false information, leading to other guests speaking up on my behalf, further complicating an already unfortunate situation. The most heart-wrenching part of this ordeal was seeing my 6-year-old daughter witness such distressing behavior. She was left in tears because she couldn't enjoy a simple pleasure like going swimming. It is imperative that the management of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton South - I-675 address these grave concerns urgently. This kind of unprofessional conduct and disregard for guests' well-being is entirely unacceptable and falls far short of the standards expected in the hospitality industry. Every guest, especially children, deserves to be treated with respect, kindness, and honesty. My experience with Barbara was a painful departure from those principles.

Non c'era niente di gravemente sbagliato con la mia visita.
