PpaeccotI was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly.
I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided.
Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

JJackie GerbeIt was in a business district with lots of hotels nearby. The parking was an outrageous amount, over $40 for each night. I ended up leaving my car at a friends house and taking an Uber just to save some money.

Aajram9637-10 dollari per notte per parcheggiare (hotel in questa parte di Irvine vicino all'aeroporto di John Wayne sembrano tutti).
- Non c'è colazione gratuita.
L'hotel è molto pulito, in una posizione buona/molto sicura, e dispone di personale amichevole.
Non ci sono macchine per il ghiaccio, devi chiederle di uscirne dal caffè.
Il Jacuzzi all'aperto è una bella dimensione, e la zona di piscina è pulita.

UUtente ospiteBreakfast was a great touch and waffles were good. That’s the only good thing. Being by the train is loud but totally fine and a little fun however the property is filthy. To save $$ they don’t have enough housekeepers to clean your room daily or to clean the property. In the hall the same clumps of hair were there the entire stay because the halls are never vacuumed. Inside the room the carpets are nasty, stained,has wads of gum smashed into them and frayed. The water in the shower has a dirt type smell. This is a Wyndham property so the owner is extremely wealthy…look them up but can’t spare any money to pay enough staff to keep the property at a minimum presentable.
