UUtente ospiteLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

CChanElsa酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。

Ci sono anche asciugacapelli e bollitori.
Il fondo della vasca da bagno era un po' ruvido, ma essendo una doccia ho potuto usarlo senza problemi.
C'è solo un rubinetto, ma lo specchio del lavandino è enorme!
Si prega di notare che il rumore dell'aria condizionata è piuttosto forte.
Tutto il personale è stato gentile e sorridente!
Penso che verrò di nuovo qui la prossima volta, inclusa la valutazione e il prezzo di cui sopra.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è stato a pochi passi dall'ingresso alla Disneyland e alla California Adventure. Il check-in è stato molto veloce e il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e amichevole. Il parcheggio era un'ulteriore, ma non un'operazione, anche se altri hotel sul blocco offrono parcheggio gratuito. Garantiscono un posto per ogni camera, quindi è utile. Dopo il parcheggio, il personale ci ha contattato per trasferire il nostro camion in un luogo più grande dove sarebbe più sicuro, molto bel toccamento! La stanza era pulita e facile da accedere da scale o ascensore. Lo spazio comune per la stanza e il bagno erano molto piccole, ma conveniente. Il tipo di caffè e il tè e il caffè sono forniti nella stanza insieme a un mini frigo e microonde in ordine di lavoro. Letto e le mutande erano confortevoli. Certamente prenoterei di nuovo, soprattutto al tasso che abbiamo ottenuto in viaggio.

Inoltre, quando ho soggiornato, ho detto che doveva essere pulito. Dopo aver soggiornato tre giorni, sei cucchiaini erano pieni di cucchiaini, non sono venuti a pulire, o sono andati a cercare il personale della camera per ripulire le richieste.

In generale, era una buona esperienza. Il luogo si sentiva anche sicuro, l'autobus a Disneyland era all'interno del complesso, quindi si sentiva molto più sicuro. Dopo l'autobus, l'hotel aveva persone senzatetto che dormivano sulle banche.

Ogni giorno dopo, ho dovuto aspettare che la porta fosse uscita, e poi abbiamo dovuto andare.per.le.per pulire la porta, non l'hanno pulita persino allora, non l'hanno pulita per la norma. Non ci dà anche 4.towels come quello che ho prenotato. Vogliono che chiamiamo il desktop e non si fa male to.del8ver. Penso solo che sia ridicolo quando la housekeeping itself.reuse dare un'ulteriore.
Ho solo went.t9 un colazione una volta. Sembra che abbiano sempre lo stesso menu ogni giorno.
In generale, non è così male, ma se migliorano il servizio, sarebbe un ottimo hotel.

UUtente ospiteVery clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.
