KKhusan Khusanoveverything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

Quando si prenotavano, si chiedevano di mettere il divano per un terzo, ma quando si stabilivavano, non si preparavano una camera da letto per un'ora.
Ci sono anche due vestiti e due paia di mutandine.Chiedi al personale di riferire tutti in un momento

Arriviamo all'hotel presto, alle 10, anche se il alloggio era 14-00. I numeri gratuiti non erano disponibili, quindi non potevamo sistemarci prima, ma siamo stati presi immediatamente per colazione. Era piacevole.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us.
The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience.
This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

LlvntWe stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway.
The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious.
We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses.
The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics.
We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.
Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.
Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.
The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.
Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

UUtente ospiteSono venuto a questo luogo per l'evento e ho avuto alcuni sentimenti misti. Il personale del desk front era super cool e bello. Relazioni ospiti persone ... La maggior parte del tempo non potevano darmi le informazioni giuste o contraddicevano l'un l'altro/ mi sbagliavano.
La stanza era di base. A causa di un difetto di costruzione, c'era sempre acqua sul pavimento nel doccia (non è andata fuori per ore). Non va bene per 5 stelle. Cibo e bevande non erano speciali ma okish, disponibile 24H.
Il territorio è il principale ”catastrofe” perché è essenzialmente un punto tra poche strade separate dalla galleria. E questo è - le mura dell'hotel e la galleria. Quasi nessuna vegetazione e nessun luogo da andare, nessun territorio in tutto. Le piscine sono relativamente piccole. Quindi, considerando il prezzo, non sarei tornato o sarei qui se non per l'evento particolare. Pensa due volte.

UUtente ospiteBuon hotel. Molto vicino al Land of Ledges. L'hotel è buono, il personale è amichevole. Il cibo è delizioso, diverso. Ma alla data di partenza avevamo già spenta le luci alle 8:00, come se fosse stato chiesto ”umanamente” di uscire rapidamente insieme e uscire dalla stanza, non era piacevole.

UUtente ospiteВстретили отлично, на ресепшене русскоговорящий Сергей всё подсказал, объяснил. Номер малюсенький из за того, что кроме двухспальной кровати стоит ещё односпальная. Не работали ни телевизор, ни холодильник. Чайник был и кофе и чай и сахар пополняли. Убирались хорошо, видно было по балкону и санузлу. В комнате засаленный ковролин и тапочек и халатов не предусмотрено. Сейф 3 евро день, мы не брали. Полотенце 1 евро день в прокат, тоже не брали. Так как было начало мая шведский стол отсутствовал. Но голодными ни разу не ушли. Что давали, то и ешь. Не удобно и многое просто выкидывалось, потому что мы это не ели. Чай и кофейный автомат и сильно разбавленный лимонад в свободном доступе с утра и до 22:00. Также с 17 до 18 перекус- печеньки. Море недалеко в пяти минутах, спокойное без волн, купались. Бассейн на территории с горкой очень маленький и холодный. В общем за такие деньги не плохая турбаза на море. Туристов было мало. Но это деревня, чтобы развлечься надо куда то ехать, рядом остановка автобуса. Ездили в Белек и парк Легенд, очень понравилось.
