My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

A room is large and clean. All amenities are good, but shampoo is bad quality after using it, my hair is hard. Breakfast is good variety of food. I try to mix espresso with vanilla ice cream, that's great taste.

Molto buon servizio personale Prenotato la stanza sbagliata, era un letto matrimoniale. P'P Phanang, un buon lavoro, cambiato a un letto unico, super carino, la stanza era pulita. Camera confortevole Food è considerato avere molto da scegliere. Ma l'unico svantaggio del ristorante è che quel giorno non c'è riso fritto. Il piatto di lavoro del ristorante non lo guarda bene, quindi mi chiedo che sia presto.

È stato un piacere stare al De Lit- Il personale è sempre sorprendente e le camere hanno tutto quello che ti serve per quanto tempo stai. Questa è la nostra quarta volta all'hotel, come ci piace quando torniamo a Ubon per visitare la famiglia. Sono denaro speso quando si rimane qui, come si è ben guardato durante il vostro soggiorno. Aspetto di essere di nuovo l'anno prossimo!

Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile. La posizione è buona e comoda per spostarsi. Tuttavia, la lampada non funzionava, quindi la stanza era un po' buia.

Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon.

Il personale ha un buon servizio e sorride sempre e amichevole. Nessun ascensore, ma il personale ci ha aiutato a portare bagagli sul terzo piano, così questa è stata la prima impressione, soprattutto ho chiesto le camere adiacenti per la famiglia e lui ha gestito professionalmente le camere di connessione per noi. Quello che ho chiesto al personale di prendersi cura di noi. Il cibo era così buono e divertente mentre sto cucinando i miei pane. Ho visto un pezzo di crema e si bruciava (fumo). Quindi qualcuno mi ha ricordato ”il tuo pane bruciato”, ma ho detto ”no, era crema 😂”. Il parcheggio era buio dietro l'hotel e penso che si dimenticassero di accendere la luce in quel momento. Se avete fame, potete guidare e vedere ristoranti intorno e l'hotel è tranquillo. La debolezza è piuttosto debole ma io sono paziente, quindi non c'è problema. Tornerò qui in futuro. Il servizio è ok ma non buono Book 2 notti ma chiudere una carta chiave per 1 notte La stanza che si trova è molto polvere (come non pulito), pretendere il fondo davanti all'acqua, aria condizionata alta, cassaforte rotto.
