Stayed two nights here in Pai. Got a family room which is on the ground floor. The two bedrooms in the family room is big. The bed is comfortable. However, cleanliness is suspect. We discovered that the water from the tap is dirty and brown in colour. At night, the water is totally off so flushing, showering and basin taps weren’t working. The highlight is the resident cat that joined us for breakfast every morning. Parking your car on site can be tricky as the space is tight. Overall, an average stay as the property didn’t quite meet my expectations.

99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room.

La vista del fiume è fantastica, il letto è molto comodo, progettato con piena cultura locale!
La colazione è deliziosa e si può semplicemente sedersi e ordinare il menu del colazione.
Certamente tornerà a stare in questo hotel se avete il mio prossimo viaggio a Pai.
Se si guida, si prega di arrivare all'hotel prima delle 6:00, come la strada Pai camminando proprio davanti all'hotel.

We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space.
The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

L'hotel non è grande, ci sono diverse camere che sembrano non essere ancora decorate, circa un chilometro dalla stazione di autobus, e si concentra sul vantaggio: 1. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, c'è un piccolo fratello cinese che dirà che è responsabile del trasporto e che è conveniente entrare e uscire; 2. Il cameriere è molto entusiasta. Il piccolo fratello cinese ci ha spiegato per molto tempo con la mappa; 3. La colazione è ricco, il riso, il grano di mais, tutti i tipi di frutta e frutta e il sapore sono buoni; 4. Belle camere ✨ anche se ha odore di muschio abituato nei loro bungalow più semplici. Hanno colazione al mattino. E è un giardino sicuro per alcuni gatti carini che vivono lì. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno ✨

The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!

WWilliam CharlesI thought Lemont was a good option for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The owner and his wife have worked hard to create an extremely nice-looking resort. The bungalows are charming and the beds are comfortable. This resort is little outside of Pai, but can be walked in 30-45 minutes or by motorcycle in 5-10 minutes. The resort may get be a little boring for solo travelers, but it would make a great place for a romantic getaway. I would not hesitate to stay here, the owners are great.

È situato nell'angolo di Pai camminando strada, così puoi camminare per strada in qualsiasi momento. Inoltre, è vicino al terminale di autobus Pai (distanza a piedi). La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Ma non aspettare come il servizio a 4 stelle qui. Non c'è nessun ricevitore. C'è una signora che fa molti ruoli (lavoro al divano, ristorante alberghiero,... sono sicuro di molto di più). Era occupata ma molto utile. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno qui e prenotero' questo hotel di nuovo la prossima volta che vado a Pai.

WWin ShweEra un grande soggiorno. Possiamo anche guardare il sollevamento del sole dalla nostra stanza. L'ambiente è tranquillo e pulito. Non c'è nessun servizio di noleggio intorno, ma lo zio ci ha lasciato in città per noleggiare una moto con la sua macchina e era un servizio gratuito. Ci sono caffè, pane e frutta gratis e si può ottenere quanto si desidera. Si può fare BBQ anche se stessi. Siamo bruciati accidentalmente le piastre e abbiamo chiesto di pagare per loro, ma si rifiutarono di essere pagati. Vale la pena rimanere lì rispetto al prezzo.
