We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience.
 While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value.
 We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat.
 We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay.

An amazing place up in the mountain, peaceful and tranquil, great for an escape. It's located lower down than the main village street and only takes a few minutes if walking. However, the owner was incredible, spoke fluent English and on my arrival took me to all the noteworthy places by vehicle which are within 1km. He always offered to take me somewhere if I was going out. The room was very spacious, clean and decorated fitting in with the Japanese theme, the view was good and there's also a balcony accessed from the outside. Bath was good to soak after exploring during the day. The service and food are great, hotpot was delicious, breakfast and coffee perfect. Well worth a visit, highly recommend!!! 💯🔥

We had an absolute wonderful stay here and couldn't have asked for a better experience as a couple. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat away from the noise, this is the place to be. It’s located just 5 km from the main hub, which gave us the absolute best of both worlds: total peace and tranquility at night, while still being a quick and easy drive to all the main attractions, restaurants, and sights during the day. What truly set this place apart, though, was the host. The owner is incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming—especially if you're traveling with furry friends! It’s rare to find places that are so genuinely pet-friendly, and our pet was made to feel just as welcome as we were. Overall, it’s fantastic value for money. Spotless, peaceful, and hosted by someone who truly cares about their guests. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip! Highly recommended!

Un piccolo angolo di Giappone immerso nella fitta vegetazione verde del nord della Thailandia. Era la nostra prima volta in una struttura tradizionale giapponese e devo dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana dalle colline, ma la vista dalla stanza è notevole e degno di nota. Ci siamo arrivati alle 21:00 e la loro cucina era quasi chiusa, ma ci permettono gentilmente di ordinare e di cenare. I piatti erano così piccanti!!! C'era un enorme spider dentro la nostra stanza quando ci siamo entrati. Ho chiesto al personale di aiutarci attraverso WhatsApp. Ci ha aiutato a spostarlo rapidamente. È così buono! La stanza era abbastanza pulita ma i dettagli non erano abbastanza buoni. Il jacuzzi era così divertente da usare 😆 Guardando la vista stupenda con il suono blublulu è stato estremamente freddo. E'stato così caldo e posso sentire la loro intenzione piena. Grazie! 

Noleggiare un'auto dall'aeroporto di Chiang Mai ha richiesto circa un'ora di viaggio per raggiungere l'alloggio. Quando siamo arrivati ​​per il check-in, la struttura ci ha accolto con un drink e un servizio eccellente. Il posto è perfetto per rilassarsi in tutta privacy, immersi nella natura, ascoltando il suono della cascata e rilassandosi tra le montagne. L'alloggio è molto pulito. La colazione è inclusa, abbiamo scelto Khao Soi (davvero deliziosa) e caffè. Il personale ci ha offerto un servizio eccellente.
