CCostantino85I had the pleasure of staying at The Nanee, and the experience was truly excellent.
The hotel is genuinely charming, beautifully maintained, spotless, and very welcoming. You immediately feel the care and attention to detail in every corner. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive; they make you feel not just like a guest, but truly cared for.
The breakfast is delicious, with great variety and quality, and the restaurant in general is excellent. The dishes are well prepared, flavorful, and served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also perfect for getting around the city easily, making it very convenient to explore.
Last but not least, the morning tour offered by the hotel to discover local rituals and traditions is something truly unforgettable. It’s an authentic and enriching experience that allows you to connect deeply with the local culture.
To make everything even more special, there is also a lovely farewell gift, a small but meaningful gesture that leaves a lasting impression.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this beautiful and charming city.

The activity manager took us for a hike which was quite informative and fun - definitely recommend the payment was very painful - indian cards, neft from indian account didnt work and team didn't know what to do. It took quite a bit of mental b/w in resolving the payment issues

The location is perfect with a great view from all around the hotel.
The service and staff were great all around with some exceptions.
I booked 3 rooms for a total of 5 people with non non-refundable plan but due to a decrease in the number of people from 5 to 4, the hotel agreed to cancel 1 room for free for us. Although the process took some time and some pushing from Trip.com agent I am grateful for the free cancellation.
One of the rooms I booked, the Junior Suite was for my partner and me for a short honeymoon kind of stay. The room was well designed and had great views but the in-room Jacuzzi needs maintenance.
The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also great and the pool staff let us use them more than the closing time.
The disappointing part of the stay was during breakfast. The buffet was amazing but the glass I used for juice had lipstick stains which I noticed after drinking from it. I am a male who doesn't use lipstick so it was clearly not mine. When I complained to a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, instead of an apology, he laughed and asked us ”Are you sure that it's not yours?” After that, he took the glass away and brought a new glass of juice but the juice was different from the one I was drinking.
We were completely shocked by this as it was not a rookie staff that did this but rather a supervisor.
Overall, we are satisfied with the whole stay but the lipstick on the glass has left a bad aftertaste.

Ccj6399Il servo sorride come il vento di primavera.L'edificio dell'hotel è molto profondo, e un piccolo cortile. Il sole caldo e caldo in inverno beve caffè, molto piacevole.Il viaggio non è solo una vista, a volte lasciatevi stare tranquilli e godere del momento, ma anche una grande esperienza. Si può camminare sulla piazza Bad Dula.In breve, è consigliabile.

TTravelperksWe started our Nepal holiday from Nagarkot at Club Himalaya and it was totally worth it. It was good to have a dip in hot jacuzzi and heated pool since travelling with kid. Best highlight was to see both sunrise and sunset from rooftop sipping Nepali chai in scenic backdrop of himalayas.

The room overlooked the courtyard, the neighbors were not noisy. Wonderful view of the city on the top floor, in the dining room. For this price - excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

La stanza è molto pulita, lavastoviglie, bagno, bagno, tutta la pressione dell'acqua è forte e l'acqua calda è fuori.Nessun apparecchio di riscaldamento, ma non c'è problema, perché il bagno è molto pulito.
La cena e la colazione sono buoni, e Tarcalidal Bart è uno dei cibi più deliziosi che abbia mangiato in Nepal.Mamma è anche molto gentile.

CChezzaThis hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long.
These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant.
The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask.
Overall, a great place to stay!
