UUtente ospiteThis was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

- WiFi was spotty in the room
- Roads get jammed on weekends, especially Tanah Rata area
*Tips for others*: Bring a jacket. It drops to 16-18°C at night. Book early for school holidays or weekends.
*Overall*: Comfortable stay with good value for Cameron. Would stay again if back for the cool weather and scones.

CChin LoongNice place and nice room but when heavy rain leaked near the TV area and the side of the tent water came in.
Both sides of the neighbor are very noisy talking and play music very loudly.
Dinner time restaurants service staff did not pay attention to customers, for hot pot Chicken slice is sooo thin not suitable for hot pot can use chop Chicken better.
The bathroom is too shaky maybe not for me due to both of us quite big size.
Not able to use the bathtub cause that night heavy rain.
Overall for me not worth it, over priced for the foods and stay.

TTimentoDiverWe recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at the 3-room apartment in Nova Highlands Hotel, located in the heart of Cameron Highlands. The apartment is spacious and well-suited for families or small groups, offering three separate bedrooms, a living area, and basic kitchen amenities. Its location is convenient, directly above a shopping arcade with eateries, a convenience store, and tourist attractions like the butterfly garden nearby.
Overall, our stay was comfortable, though there are areas for improvement. Cleanliness was average, and some furnishings showed signs of wear. The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.
