Hotel con colazione a Kōbe

La posizione dell'hotel Wenjiang è buona e a due minuti dalla stazione di autobus di cavallo a Wenjiang. Le strutture del ristorante sono molto buone e pulite con il vento classico nostalgico, La reception e ogni cameriera sono molto gentili La stanza è pulita E' molto caldo. Il ristorante dell'hotel può essere troppo freddo, non è caldo per ottenere un urlo davanti a lui. E' tutto il resto fantastico.

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno, spazio con bagno separato e doccia che è buono in Giappone. Buono sonido. Crema free da 8 a 10pm. Bello caffè disponibile al lobby. Tutto è buono tranne il personale non molto amichevole.

Ordered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

Very spacious room, able to open multiple large suitcases. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful. Carpark was always full, so had to park at a further carpark although at the same fixed rate.

Stanza molto bella con tutto quello che serviva. Il personale é stato molto gentile. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata,ma solo se si vuole trovare un piccolo neo. Letti e cuscini meravigliosi.la Posizione é ottima..vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse. Con una passeggiata ( circa 15 minuti) si arriva alla stazione dei treni.. ci tornerò e lo consiglierò

In generale, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e offre una bella vista, che rendeva l’esperienza molto comoda. Tuttavia, mi dispiaceva che le strutture di nuoto richiedessero un ulteriore onere. L'ingresso nel lobby era anche difficile da trovare dalla stazione, ma un soggiorno decente in generale.

Slightly older, but clean hotel with perfect location near the train and bus station. Countless Food, Café‘s and Bars around. We took the bus to Osaka Airport which is a 5min walk from the hotel and goes regularly. 7-Eleven just downstairs. Only had the choice for smoking rooms, but for me as a non smoker it was more or less okay. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well.

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

Questo hotel è particolarmente adatto ai viaggiatori solitari che hanno già visitato il Giappone innumerevoli volte. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera singola, ma non mi aspettavo che la sorpresa arrivasse così all'improvviso. È stato davvero appagante esplorare la vita quotidiana della gente del posto. A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano una biblioteca e innumerevoli case a conduzione familiare, una cooperativa vicino alla stazione JR e delle sorgenti termali. Le strade qui nascondono la piccola e bella vita di una piccola città.
