IImpedanc3La camera gemella era grande, le letti erano più ampie di quelli della maggior parte degli hotel. Tuttavia, sentito che il letto e la coperta era leggermente dura ma non era bene. Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Motomachi. L'hotel è anche situato nel cuore della città cinese, che è conveniente.

MMairyOur stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening.
Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean.
Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅
I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now!
We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in((
Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

MMeowVanThe service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and generally able to communicate in English. Their service is so good that they wipe down all your luggage upon arrival at the hotel, and my bags came out cleaner than when I came!
The food also left us speechless. I’ve never tasted such a delicious meal, and I consider myself a foodie. The dishes were prepared fresh right in front of us. Every detail was attended to, from presentation to taste. It deserves a 100% without a doubt. Since I had a food allergy, they were careful to leave out the allergen in all the foods. I was really thankful for that, because it’s not always a given at Asian restaurants.
The establishment itself is dated, but that’s why we chose it in the first place- to feel the aura of tradition. Having said that though, it was slightly inconvenient that there was no shower inside our room. However, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the shared shower/onsen room was just a short distance from our room, and it was generally not occupied. When we stayed there, there was a storm going on, so the the rain crashing on the window and the outside blinds gave off a spooky feeling, which added to the sense of adventure.

UUtente ospiteHotel rinnovato con un proiettore ad alta tecnologia che è una sorpresa. Il bagno è pulito senza spot e la pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua è grande! La camera è spaziosa per la famiglia di 4 con bambini della scuola elementare. Poiché l'hotel è un libro pieno che prenota una stanza di fumo che puzza di fumo non è sorprendente.

UUtente anonimoNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

UUtente anonimoIn assoluto il miglior soggiorno finora nei miei 15 giorni in Giappone e il servizio è davvero impeccabile. Sono stato in Giappone in diversi viaggi da solo e questo è senza dubbio uno degli hotel più memorabili. Il personale è davvero gentile e la vista dalla camera è incredibile. La camera in cui mi hanno fatto l'upgrade parla da sola: un bagno bellissimo e servizi davvero ottimi. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato fuori dalla terraferma, è disponibile un servizio ferroviario portuale e anche un servizio navetta gratuito per due delle principali stazioni nell'area di Kobe. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è vicino alla corda per il giardino erbaceo. Ci è un supermercato , una stazione ferroviaria e ¥100 negozi all'interno dello stesso edificio. Ci è un 7-11 proprio fuori (livello 1). Il parcheggio è disponibile al 8° piano per ospiti dell'hotel a pagamento a ¥1500 per notte. Il pranzo è fantastico - la loro curry, omeletta e smoothie sono la loro specialità.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è particolarmente adatto ai viaggiatori solitari che hanno già visitato il Giappone innumerevoli volte. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera singola, ma non mi aspettavo che la sorpresa arrivasse così all'improvviso. È stato davvero appagante esplorare la vita quotidiana della gente del posto. A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano una biblioteca e innumerevoli case a conduzione familiare, una cooperativa vicino alla stazione JR e delle sorgenti termali. Le strade qui nascondono la piccola e bella vita di una piccola città.
