Hotel con colazione a Fukuoka

This year my wife and I went to Fukuoka for travel and celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary. We’ve stayed in 4 hotels, among which 1 Fukuoka was the best one. The hotel room was very grand with a balcony and an amazing city view. Location was very convenient as it was very close to the metro station. The hotel service was also outstanding. To give a surprise to my wife, I asked the hotel via emails to prepare an anniversary cake for us. The hotel staff brought it our room and help taking photos for us. I also need to mention the breakfast of the hotel. Their breakfast should be the best for all hotels I’d ever stayed in Japan. On the last day, I left some cash in the safe and checked out. Fortunately, the hotel staff sent me emails and asked me to come back to hotel. Million thanks for their kind service and help!

Ottimo luogo! A piedi dalla stazione Hakata (o si può prendere un fermo sul metro). L'hotel è proprio fuori dalla stazione. Molto breve passo anche a Canal City. A farmacia 24 ore vicino con un martello AEON al soffitto. Ci sono anche buoni cibi intorno. Molto buona posizione, ma se si rimane il tipo di SERVIZIO, si prega di notare che si affronterà un enorme cimitero 🥲. È principalmente nascosto da alberi, ma si può assolutamente vederlo. L'hotel è proprio davanti al cimitero. Altri tipi di stanza non otterranno questa vista grazie. C'è un bagno pubblico libero, frigo frigo, e un microonde libero. Lavatrice fuori è pagata per uso. Puoi vedere lo stato dalla tua stanza. Lavatrice STAY Room è gratuita con detergente fornita 👍 Inizialmente il servizio era grande. Controlla la squadra aiutata con le mie richieste. Tuttavia, la squadra di checkout non era la migliore. Sono arrivata al conto, confusa e in fretta, ma la squadra stavano tutti dietro il conto, appoggiando le spalle al muro. Ho espresso una parola di domanda e nessuno è venuto qui per aiutarla; ho cercato di capirlo, scrivendo sulla carta, poi finalmente qualcuno è venuto avanti, non parlando, non riconoscendo, ha colpito qualcosa - tutto in giapponese - e poi nulla. Ero confuso, poi uno dei discorsi inglese ha detto ”tutto fatto” ... Ero molto sconvolta con questo servizio. Soprattutto con la vista di tutti loro che si attengono al muro quando ovviamente ho bisogno di aiuto. Veramente un basso per un buon soggiorno.

Worst hotel experience in a month of traveling Japan — avoid if you have other options I've been traveling across Japan for a full month — Osaka, Tokyo, Hiroshima and more — and Wellcabin Tenjin is hands down the worst service I've received anywhere. Made a simple booking mistake and reached out to correct it within 10 minutes — not the last day, not last minute, literally within 10 minutes of booking. I wasn't asking for a refund or a cancellation — I simply wanted to change the date and upgrade to a more private room, both of which would have benefited them financially. Still a flat out no. I petitioned multiple times, even with the support of the hotel booking agent advocating on my behalf, and they remained completely unmoved. No empathy, no flexibility, no solutions. Just a stubborn, repeated refusal — for the most basic and reasonable requests imaginable. The app also showed ”Failed to cancel booking” and ”Failed to modify dates” so there was no way to self-serve either. Completely trapped. On top of that: 11am checkout means you are gone — permanently. You cannot come back inside, cannot use any facilities, cannot sit for a break, cannot do anything. You are physically out the door at 11am with no return. Most hotels worldwide let you hang around the lobby or common areas — not here. Just thrown out onto the street. No luggage storage after checkout — in all my years of traveling worldwide, this is the first place I've ever stayed that refuses to hold your bags. Not once have I encountered this anywhere else. You're left dragging everything around all day with zero support. The place simply doesn't feel welcoming — from the moment something goes wrong, you're completely on your own Nickel-and-dime culture — they charge a fee for everything, including slippers. Every other hostel I stayed at across Japan provided them free, daily. Not here. Locker room has no camera — you cannot leave anything safely here Laundry is overpriced — the most expensive I encountered across every city I stayed in Japan For a capsule hotel marketing itself on convenience, it fails on almost every front. Every basic comfort comes with a price tag, and the moment you need any flexibility or human decency, they shut the door on you — literally and figuratively — even when you act immediately, in good faith, and are willing to spend more. The only thing going for it is the central Tenjin location — but that's the neighborhood, not the hotel. I travel around the world constantly and this is genuinely the first time I've encountered a hotel this rigid, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. Only consider this place if you have absolutely no other options. Otherwise, keep looking.

Mi sono fermato solo per una notte, ma mi sono impressionato quanto spaziosa la stanza mi sentiva nonostante avesse un re e un letto da divano singolo che era utile per il mio bagaglio e i miei genitori anziani. C'era un porto ultra veloce (100W) e pensavo che fosse molto utile. La posizione è anche la migliore, niente può battere, attraversa la strada dalla stazione Hakata e c'è. Vorrei aver potuto prenotare questo hotel in altre parti del Giappone.

After a full day of exploring Fukuoka, being able to come back and enjoy a massage immediately was a lifesaver, cutting the fatigue in half. This amenity completely elevated the stay. 2. Thoughtful Amenities Strategy: The room provided basic toiletries like toothbrushes and towels. Even better, the hotel lobby offered additional, well-known brand skincare products (like facial wash, lotion) and more oral care items for guests to take as needed. This approach minimizes waste while catering to higher needs. 3. A Pleasant Surprise – In-Room Hair Straightener: Another delightful discovery! A hair straightener was already provided in the room. This was particularly appreciated, as many hotels only offer one upon request. As someone who really needs it to maintain smooth, sleek hair (even though the provided shampoo/conditioner were decent), this thoughtful inclusion saved me the hassle of asking and added a touch of convenience I truly valued. 4. No Smoke Smell Issue: Even though we stayed in a smoking room, there was absolutely no residual smoke smell. The air was fresh, showing the hotel's dedication to thorough cleaning and ventilation. 📍 Unbeatable Convenient Location The location is another major selling point, incredibly convenient whether for transportation or exploring the city on foot: · Transport Hub: Within walking distance to Hakata Station, and conveniently situated between two subway stations, making trips to the airport or other parts of Fukuoka very easy. · Culture & Shopping Paradise: · Within a 5-minute walk to Kushida Shrine, the Old Town Museum, and the Art Center, perfect for soaking in traditional culture. · Just a 15-minute walk to Canal City Hakata and the Naka River side, ideal for shopping, dining, and sightseeing all in one go. · Super Convenient for Daily Needs: There are two convenience stores right downstairs, perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, or a late-night bite anytime. 🛎️ Service & Facility Details · Charging-Friendly: While the number of power outlets wasn't excessive, the room came equipped with a multi-purpose charging cable. This was a very considerate touch for modern travelers, providing a backup even if you forgot your adapter or a specific cable. · Peaceful Nights: The room had good sound insulation. We only heard an external vehicle (like an ambulance) once, so overall sleep quality was undisturbed. · TV & Entertainment: The channel selection was limited, but for guests focused on exploring the city, this wasn't an issue at all. · Breakfast is a Must-Try!: Highly recommend adding breakfast! The roasted beef bowl, seafood bowl, and Japanese curry were exceptionally delicious, exceeding the standard of typical hotel breakfasts. The most surprising part was that the breakfast buffet included unlimited wine, which is quite rare and made for a perfect start to the day.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente con la stazione Hakata accanto a lui. La fermata dell'autobus a n dall'aeroporto è anche proprio davanti. Il personale di ricezione parla bene l'inglese e è sempre sorridente n utile. L'hotel dispone anche di un lavastoviglie e di una macchina vuota per imballare i vostri vestiti in bulk. Ogni notte la soba è servita al livello 5 con chips e vino. Sarà sempre b di ritorno per soggiornare se in fukuoka

La posizione di questo hotel è eccellente! Estremamente facile da trovare - uscire dalla Porta Chikushi (Est) alla stazione JR Hakata e camminare circa 5 minuti per raggiungere l'hotel. C'è anche un fermo di autobus a soli 100 metri (1 min a piedi) che si può prendere dall'aeroporto per raggiungere l'hotel, o dall'hotel per raggiungere l'aeroporto. La camera è pulita e decente. Amore il bagno e la doccia in piedi che ha una bella doccia pioggia, doccia a mano e doccia di massaggio a stile jacuzzi. Ci è anche un bagno per coloro che amano fare il bagno. Le camere sono disponibili nell'hotel lobby, quindi ci sono pochi rifiuti - prendi quello che ti serve. Il lobby è libero anche con una macchina da caffè, una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli a livello 3, livello 7 e livello 11. Grande per avere dei snack di luce notturna tardi.In generale, un ottimo hotel! Molto consigliato!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera gemella Capitolo 4 con 2 letti doppi. Lo spazio è grande, che è buono per noi, poiché abbiamo 2 toddler attivi e è stato bello per loro spostarsi in camera. Abbiamo chiesto i bagni per bambini e l'hotel ha fornito sedile igienico e tostapane per bambini. Abbiamo offerto la possibilità di colazione a buffet ma non abbiamo provato come ¥3500/adult è un po' prezioso. Abbiamo messo colazione a konbini passi lontano dall'hotel. Il caffè è piccolo vicino all'hotel per la caffeina, buon caffè a un prezzo ragionevole. Localizzazione intelligente, ci ha portato circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Hakata e ciò significa un ambiente più tranquillo. In breve, lo consiglio per soggiorno familiare con i bambini, poiché offre spazio più grande, prezzo ragionevole, ambiente tranquillo e vicino alla stazione Hakata.

Ottimo servizio dall'hotel! Ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio per due notti anche prima di entrare (come stiamo facendo un viaggio fuori da Fukuoka). Solo in basso sono le tende che non sembrano essere tende di blackout. La colazione ha una diffusione decente! Situazione conveniente, ma la più vicina via metropolitana all'hotel non ha un ascensore / scalatore però! La famosa pasticceria piena e brillante rame si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

La stanza è molto piccola, e è un po' difficile per due persone aprire le valigie allo stesso tempo abbiamo dovuto fare turni. Oltre a questo, tutto era molto buono. Il colazione era abbondante e variabile. Ho visto recensioni che menzionavano ikura, ma non era disponibile durante il mio soggiorno, che era un po' deludente. Tuttavia, in generale, ero molto impressionato.
