Hotel con colazione a Chiba

L'hotel è situato in posizione comoda, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il personale è molto cordiale e l'hotel sembra nuovo nel complesso. Tuttavia, c'erano alcune piccole imperfezioni nella mia camera, come un angolo scheggiato del battiscopa. Ho soggiornato a dicembre e ho usato l'aria condizionata per riscaldare, che ha funzionato bene. La colazione viene servita al secondo piano, con accesso tramite la chiave della camera tramite l'ascensore. La selezione è piuttosto buona e include opzioni europee. Il menu cambia leggermente, quindi non diventa noioso. Ci sono cartelli che chiedono agli ospiti di restituire i vassoi usati, quindi tenetelo a mente. Per quanto riguarda i cartelli, sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che in questo hotel sia necessario richiedere specificamente la pulizia della camera alla reception. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel in cui il cartello sulla porta ha due lati, ”Non disturbare” e ”Si prega di pulire la camera”. Qui, il cartello aveva un solo lato, ”Non disturbare”. Credo che questo sia un aspetto che l'hotel potrebbe migliorare, poiché non è molto comodo richiedere la pulizia della camera separatamente. Sarebbe utile anche aggiungere più traduzioni in inglese. Ad esempio, tutti i pulsanti del telecomando della TV sono etichettati solo in giapponese, e anche la scritta sulle pantofole che dice ”per favore non portarle a casa” è solo in giapponese. Capisco un po' di giapponese, ma per altri ospiti stranieri questo potrebbe risultare poco chiaro.

Laccando tipid dito. Giovani pamasahe da chiba a Tokyo nsa 300-500 pesos lang. Para ka lang nag taxi. Di kna lugi. Ottenuto per una speciale. Nsa 2k lang per notte. The hotel's location is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. However, even though the hotels looks clean… if you are a person with attention to details like me, you will notice things that most ignore. Our room was extremely dusty seems like the lights, AC was never cleaned. The shower head was broken, water was apliting… for the price we pay it could be way better. The staff are helpfulfull

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

Volevo passare una giornata a visitare l'outlet e i negozi nelle vicinanze di Makuhari. Da notare che questo è il solito Hotel Springs e non il Premier che si trova proprio accanto. Si tratta di un ottimo hotel di fascia media con praticamente tutto il necessario. Non l'ho usato e non posso garantire la disponibilità, ma sono rimasto colpito dalla presenza di lavatrici su alcuni piani. La camera era una normale camera d'albergo giapponese, piccola ma funzionale. Tutto era pulito. C'era persino un balcone, cosa che apprezzo molto. La colazione era perfettamente adeguata, con opzioni giapponesi e occidentali. Il personale era gentile ma riservato. La stazione ferroviaria, la stazione degli autobus e l'outlet erano letteralmente a 3-5 minuti a piedi, con tutto il necessario, inclusi numerosi minimarket e ristoranti. Uno dei punti di forza è che l'autobus per Narita (a pagamento) ferma proprio davanti all'hotel, cosa che non sapevo al mio arrivo, anche se non sempre si ferma, quindi è necessario controllare gli orari. Altrimenti si può prendere l'autobus dalla stazione. Ci tornerei volentieri o magari proverei la versione Premier la prossima volta. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e ottima posizione.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。 當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。 實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。 說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

Il soggiorno nel Famy Hotel è stato un piacere pulito buon colazione e un personale molto buono di ricezione specialmente Kozo che è stato amichevole e molto utile altamente raccomandato chiuso al Makuhari hongo st.. Solo 45 minuti da Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) Ho soggiornato lì 8 notti appena arrivato Onsen con sauna al top e locale Hal’’ vedere ristorante alimentare al top se si è lazy a uscire a mangiare il business base e buono o se si vuole avere una soluzione più conveniente e don Non si preoccupi di un 45 minuti di viaggio a Tokyo anche facile da raggiungere l'aeroporto un modo con Kristi linea così da dare una buona soluzione .
