SSpicy MalaVery strategic location right beside Asahikawa train station. And behind the train station there is a very beautiful park where people are jogging and cycling. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable morning walk when I was staying there. It is supposed right next to the AEON mall where you can get the dinner and lunch there. There is a French toast and bakery shop inside the train station. They serve very delicious breads.

UUtente ospiteWe chose this ryokan for its proximity to Asahikawa Zoo. With a rental car, its location was convenient. The room featured traditional tatami mats and futons for our family of four. The highlight was the in-house ‘onsen’ bath, which we enjoyed without any additional fees. The attentive staff surprised us by clearing the snow off our car after a heavy snowstorm. Senshoen gets my highest recommendation for its service, comfort, and lovely garden.

UUtente ospiteVery nice and quaint hotel. The service from the hotel staff were superb. The onsen, the breakfast from the hotel were so good. We had a little hiccups during our first night stay, the toilet was unable to flush and the hotel technician arrived at our room within 5 mins and immediately have our room changed. Serive was excellent!

JjayvernThe hotel definitely needs to improve on their cleanliness.
There are lashes extension found at the bath tub, sink and around the toilet ( should be from the previous guest)upon check in. Some dirty stains near the window as well. The hotel does not provide room cleaning services ( if I'm not mistaken only for guest staying 4 nights and above). We are staying 2 night, so they only give change of towels which they hang outside the door handle in the morning. You have to place ur own trash outside the room door in the morning urself as well.
There is parking available but none of us ( we came with another 2 friends) can park our car as it's only for car height 1.5m below. So we have to park our car at public parking space near hotel that charges 900-1100yen per 24 hours. No proper place for you to stop car and unload your luggage Infront of the hotel as well. It's especially difficult when the road is full with snows as well.
The only good thing is the location. Walking distance to a lot restaurant, konbini, and aeon.

UUtente ospiteTutto perfetto, tranne la posizione della camera. Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione è abbondante, i servizi sono numerosi e anche la sorgente termale sotterranea è molto piacevole.
Inoltre, l'addetto al parcheggio multipiano dell'hotel era sempre sorridente e non ha detto una sola parola di lamentela quando l'ho aiutato a caricare e scaricare la sua auto in poco tempo, quindi sono davvero contento di aver scelto questo hotel.
Il giorno prima avevamo alloggiato in un hotel proprio accanto alla stazione e più tardi avevamo detto che ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere lì per un paio di notti.
Lo userò di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteHotel Crescent is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. Very professional and nice staff, even the cleaning people make an effort to manage their noise if they know someone is still sleeping in a room, which is above and beyond. The staff at Crescent kept my luggage for a long time when my return trip got delayed which was a huge relief. The lobby gives such a unique atmosphere, it's at once august and stately, like one of the grand art deco hotels of the past era, but it also has a fun little gift shop area and a cafe, so it feels relaxed. Crescent is just a really friendly place where you don't have to worry about anything. Their website explains their ”Kaizen” philosophy, which now is a famous Japanese management philosophy of continuous improvement in each area. It really shows at this hotel. This is the kind of hotel you end up becoming a better person because the staff is so professional and kind. Thank you for a great stay and for being one of my favorite places in Japan :)

AAlexlow78Il nostro hotel è un po' lontano dalla collina, ma se si guida più di nessun problema, parcheggio gratuito e il personale sono molto amichevole. Il pubblico è grande e divertente per le famiglie, indossare yukata e giocare nella stanza di gioco è solo nostalgia, portare indietro buono vecchie memorie :) chiave di serratura in legno è gentile 😎 La dimensione della camera è semplicemente bello

But, the hotel is awesome especially for kids.
They have many play spaces, board games, and breakfast can be taken up in the hallway or brought to the room. Very nice home cooked warm meal, and very friendly kitchen lady.
And a very huge room and bath.Love my stay and will recommend this hotel.
