It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.

A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort! We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Thank you to the Hilton Goa team for the thoughtful touches and for making my birthday trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The resort itself is beautiful and I loved my room. There were really nice seating areas around the resort too. Upon arrival, and departure, the staff greeted me with gifts, which was a nice touch. What I didn't like was: 1) almost all rooms were located around the pool, so wherever you lay to relax, guests and staff were continuously walking past you 2) the noise from daytime and evening music was ridiculously loud. There are signs inside the room that advise you to wear earplugs if you don't like it. It was louder in the room than outside! And even with earplugs, I could still hear it. 3) the location - whilst it is techinically close to the beach, it is situated on a busy road, and to get to the beach, you had to walk ***** this road. This felt precarious and I did not feel safe to do so, as a solo traveller, at night. 4) the restaurant; whilst the staff were all friendly enough once you approached them, every time I used the restaurant, I had to seek them out. I was never offered a menu unless I asked for one, and I was not shown the breakfast options nor shown what choices I could select from, from the egg/masala/pancakes section.

Disappointing for a 5 star property. They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well. Rooms are clean but old and need improvement. Breakfast buffet had mediorce options. Staff barely smile at you. Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

Per il nostro viaggio in India, il Little India Beach Cottages sarà il nostro rifugio speciale! Goa è già di per sé una splendida parte dell'India, ma questo hotel ha fatto di tutto per renderla ancora più speciale! Inizialmente avevamo prenotato una camera standard, ma volevamo qualcosa di più grande, quindi abbiamo chiesto alla reception alcune opzioni. Hanno colto al volo l'occasione per aiutarci, suggerendoci una delle camere più spaziose con cucina, soggiorno e camera da letto separati. È diventata la nostra piccola casa per tre notti e ci è piaciuta tantissimo! Quella sera abbiamo provato il bar e il ristorante dell'hotel e da allora abbiamo mangiato lì tutti i giorni. Il cibo è divino e senza dubbio uno dei miei piatti indiani preferiti! Da veri inglesi, abbiamo adorato la patata dolce e piccante! Abbiamo anche provato il Cabo (liquore al cocco) per la prima volta grazie al meraviglioso consiglio di Sonu! Sonu si è assicurato che fossimo accuditi ogni volta che entravamo nel ristorante, affamati e desiderosi di un delizioso curry! È stato così cordiale e disponibile con le mie esigenze alimentari! The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Stay was great, rooms spacious and clean, nice facilities and food was excellent. However initially we were given smoking room . When we reported they had to send a staff to verify. Staff acknowledged but first offered to spray room freshener. When we insisted we absolutely need non smoking room they made the switch. Didn’t expect this from Hilton brand

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.
