Hotel con colazione a Gerusalemme

Da ricevimento, salita, alloggio, servizio in camera, cena, ecc.Sono tutti più di cinque stelle, il servizio massimo è di sei stelle, l'unico difetto è la superficie della stanza più fine.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Ibis a Gerusalemme e ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale! L'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Le camere erano moderne, pulite e confortevoli, con una vista incredibile della zona circostante. Il personale era amichevole, attento, e andò sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole. Il servizio clienti eccezionale dell’hotel mi ha reso veramente visibile, ma dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale era caldo e accogliente, e mi ha fatto sentire come un ospite prezioso. Raccomando vivamente ibis a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e memorabile a Gerusalemme. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

When I first arrived, I intended to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, I completely changed my mind due to the behavior of one specific member of your breakfast service staff — a young, tall, slim man. I honestly do not remember ever being treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner in a hotel. His behavior was not just unfriendly; it was openly hostile and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. Each morning, instead of a greeting, guests were met with short, sharp commands. In my case, I was abruptly ordered to state my room number — “Room!” — without any “good morning” or basic courtesy. When I answered “room” without immediately giving the bed number, he snapped back “Bed!” in a raised, aggressive tone, as if I had done something wrong. The way this was communicated felt more like military commands than a conversation with a paying guest. This kind of interaction instantly destroyed the atmosphere of the morning. Such behavior is unacceptable in hospitality and seriously undermines the entire experience of staying at a hotel. People like this ruin the magic of a holiday. I had already reported minor issues such as squeaky doors and the lack of a shower floor towel, which caused water to flood the bathroom. These are inconveniences one can tolerate. However, being treated with open rudeness and constant bad mood by staff is not something I am willing to accept. In my opinion, a person who is permanently grumpy, hostile, and transfers their frustration onto guests should not work in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will actively discourage others from staying at your hotel, and I am certain that I will never return myself. I am writing this so that you are fully aware of the reason behind my decision and the review I will leave.

Essa viagem não foi apenas uma jornada física. Foi uma peregrinação da alma. Caminhei por ruas milenares, toquei pedras que ouviram orações durante séculos, e me prostrei em lugares onde o céu se encontrou com a terra. Cada passo em Jerusalém foi como folhear um capítulo vivo da Bíblia — mas não como leitor… como parte da história. Na Via Dolorosa, senti o peso da cruz. Cada pedra parecia carregar o eco dos passos de Jesus. Não era apenas uma estrada — era um altar de dor e salvação. E ali, algo em mim se quebrou. Me rendi. Diante da Pedra da Unção, não consegui conter as lágrimas. Foi impossível. Meu corpo se curvou, mas foi minha alma que se entregou. Sentir que Jesus esteve naquele mesmo chão… que ali o corpo d’Ele foi preparado após a crucificação… é algo que palavras não explicam. Só o espírito entende. Nos túneis do Muro das Lamentações, vivi um dos momentos mais fortes da minha vida. Chorei como uma criança. Mas foram lágrimas de encontro com Deus. Um reencontro com minha essência. Um abraço invisível, mas real. A fé se reacendeu com força. E quando cheguei ao Gólgota, local onde Jesus foi crucificado, o coração quase parou. É ali que o amor venceu a morte. E ali, eu entendi que não estava apenas visitando um lugar sagrado… eu estava pisando no próprio milagre. Essa viagem não foi um turismo. Foi um divisor de águas. Deus me tocou em cada detalhe, em cada canto, em cada silêncio. Volto diferente. Volto marcado. Volto restaurado

Friendly staff in a neighborhood setting with easy access to public transportation. Great choice for the price.
