Hotel con colazione a Pemenang

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Этот отель и весь остров Гили подарили нам не просто отдых, а ощущение гармонии и душевного тепла. Мы уезжали с чувством, что обязательно вернёмся. С теплом, Ваши гости из России.

What a brilliant place this is. Superb location for the beach, open air cinema, restaurants and bars. Beautiful place, huge room, clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the gentle pace and the superb service given to us by the likes of Kadek, Audrey, Sam, Randy and the rest. All happy to help anytime, breakfast served with a smile. Able to rent bicycle and electric bike at the resort. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great pool, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay guys....

Ho adorato questo hotel!!! Senza dubbio il più bello dell'isola. Questo posto offre un'atmosfera da spiaggia mozzafiato con piccoli appartamenti e deliziosi spazi esterni che rendono facilissimo rilassarsi e immergersi nello stile di vita isolano. Abbiamo noleggiato delle biciclette e girato tutta l'isola, e questo è stato senza dubbio l'hotel più bello che abbiamo visto! La piscina è il vero punto forte: ottimi cocktail e un'atmosfera fantastica. Le camere erano belle e la doccia esterna era un tocco adorabile! L'unica piccola critica che potrei muovere alla camera riguarda la mancanza di porta bagnoschiuma e portasciugamani vicino alla doccia. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la colazione era incredibile. Può richiedere un po' di tempo – si potrebbe facilmente passare un'ora lì – ma per noi non è stato un problema perché portano croissant e pasticcini mentre si aspetta, così da potersi saziare mentre si ammira il panorama. Un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso, non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

È bello avere una piscina privata. Nel complesso è stato ok. La maggior parte del personale è stata cordiale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, è meglio trovare ristoranti locali/tradizionali. Siamo stati anche sfortunati perché il nostro bungalow aveva bisogno di essere riparato, quindi ci hanno spostato in un altro bungalow. Non ci si può lamentare molto. Nel complesso, bella esperienza.

La posizione è fantastica, proprio sulla spiaggia e accanto a un bar, quindi è facile tornare in hotel per riposarsi dopo un drink 🤣 Il punto fondamentale è che lo staff è stato molto professionale e cordiale, rendendo la nostra vacanza meravigliosa!

Неплохой отель в пешей доступности от порта (5 минут пешком). В доме  не хватает дневного света. Если есть возможность, лучше бронировать без завтрака. Расположение удобное, в пешей доступности пляж и кафе.

Hotel davvero carino, super carino in centro. Personale molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile, e buon servizio. Colazione eccellente. Super carino, con la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e bici elettriche a prezzi convenienti. Tuttavia, la moschea è molto vicina e la prima chiamata alla preghiera prima dell'alba ci ha svegliati molto presto ogni notte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie - ma ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel.

The resort was good, but the staff seemed to be micro managing everything. About half an hour before checkout I got a text reminding me of the checkout time, to which I did not respond (did not seem like I had to). Then, 20 minutes before checkout a guy starts knocking on my room window telling me the checkout is in 20 minutes, which I was fully aware of. Then after checkout, I was told to wait the reception because they were ‘checking the room’. I inquires what they meant, and they told me they would be checking for ‘things such as stains’. Very weird, and it all felt very pushy. Especially considering I was only one of the few residents, and most rooms seemed to be empty.

This is good guest house if you prefer walk from jetty than pay another cost for “cidomo” since this the only public transport that take you to your hotel. The room size is more than enough for 2 person with private bathroom and free breakfast, all the staff are friendly and helpful, but if you looking for high standart, good pressure on shower, no bugs, good mattress, pls just stay on other hotel or resort in this island. Remember what price you pay to stay here.
