Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.
I would recommend this place to closest friends and family!

Our deluxe room was spacious and had a perfect view of the sea. We were surprised with a free upgrade from standard to deluxe, what a treat! Thank you for a memorable stay, we will definitely come back!

Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

MM9552****L'hotel è relativamente nuovo, pulito e igienico, il letto è molto confortevole e il servizio è abbastanza buono. È a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel all'aeroporto. La colazione non è molta ma non è buona lontano dal molo. L'unico inconveniente è che l'hotel è costruito su una montagna. Salire la montagna passo dopo passo, probabilmente a causa dei costi di costruzione e dell'inconveniente di costruire un ascensore. Salire le scale è un po' faticoso l'addetto ai bagagli ti aiuterà a ottenere la stanza.

IIwanSaya menginap 6 hari 5 malam di Eco Tree O'tel, lokasi sangat strategis dan dekat dermaga. Anda dapat menikmati sunset serta keindahan malam dari cafe di rooftop hotel. Kamar menghadap ke Laut dan dermaga. Pelayanan check in dan check out cepat. Untuk saluran TV perlu diperbaiki. Disini juga disediakan free coffee dan teh serta refill air. Kamar bersih dan nyaman.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

ZzuhdimIt is close to the main street but actually you need abit of hike if you are going on foot. The bed, i dont know, i was tired and i dozed off rightaway. The floor was clean and the toilet has no smell. It was pretty quiet, i would say, until the morning comes.
The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is either pancake or omelate, although i didnt book the stay with the breakfast but the owner still insisted that i should just eat if i dont have a plan of where to eat breakfast, lovely.
There was a problem with the waterflow in the shower pipe and it was very slow, hopefully they can fix it asap.
Worth the price paid.

UUtente ospiteSimple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks.

KKirsty Ann ElizabethLa proprietà è ben decorata e il balcone privato offre una vista fantastica e un posto per guardare il sole. Come il nome indica la proprietà si trova su un lato di montagna, il che significa che ci sono molti passi. Tuttavia, vale la pena per la vista! Ciò significa anche che le strutture come l'acqua sono difficili da fornire e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che fossero pompate più acqua - non un problema che va notato. In generale la proprietà ha un bel fascino rustico, ma consiglierei di bere acqua o vino/bevande per godere sul balcone (è un frigo) perché il ristorante non ha altro che birra e è un po' lontano dal negozio. Il personale era molto gentile e utile con tutte le mie domande. Rimanerei ancora 😀
