"A welcoming and decent hotel close to the port gate E7 in Piraeus. Reception is open 24 hours and was friendly. There is a small elevator, the lobby is decent and there is a breakfast room. The rooms themselves are okay size. The Hotel is well past its glory days but given the condition of everything the best is done.yes some of the bedding has stains but it’s old and you can see that they are freshly ironed laundered sheets. The floor is wood panelling which is coming loose in some places and so it’s probably a little harder to clean. There wasn’t a lot of electricity sockets but there was a small fridge in my room. It was a little tricky to get in and out of the bathroom and I am a small person. But all said I would stay in this hotel again. There is a park next door and there is an organic supermarket across the road. It is quite close to a Metro, buses and Tran."

UUtente ospiteThe positives.. The hotel was ideal for a one night stay, prior to embarking on a cruise at Piraeus. The location was ideal, very near to the Metro, and the hotel provided a free transfer to the port (albeit in an electric golf buggy!) The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent.
The negatives.. The air conditioning was very poor, and, despite the room having its own digital control panel, the temperature and airflow was actually controlled by a master control panel at reception. This meant having to contact reception each time you wanted to change the temperature or fan speed. The other real down side was the breakfast.. It consisted of a cardboard box (that had to be collected from reception) which contained a myriad of (overly) sweet pastries, a tiny ham and tomato bun, a hard boiled egg and some other mysterious type of flapjack.. Not what we ere expecting!
To be fare, if we were in Piraeus again we would use this hotel, but we would take the room only option!

Bus X96 va all'aeroporto, busstop appena vicino all'hotel! È la stessa strada. L'hotel locale greco Tavern 3 min walk frm è al servizio di autentico greco fd : Ρεφενέ
Il tetto dell'lvl 8 ha una bella vista.Passare tempo a camminare al porto e andare al punto di vista solare. Visita il museo archeologico
Amo il mio soggiorno qui, molto tranquillo e sono in grado di riposare bene e esplorare i pirati prima di prendere un volo.

It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again.
The cons:
Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.

LLazytraderPerfect for the ferries at Piraeus. Very well priced. Rooms are clean and decent shower. Compact rooms, but given that most will just be using it as a base for one night, it's all you need. Breakfast buffet for €11 on 7th floor is good value with decent coffee. Lifts are a bit tight, but they work.

AAlyona BarsukWe booked this hotel, because we needed a place close to the port, but it wasn’t close enough. Still took us 15-20 minutes to get to the port. The 10 euro breakfast totally doesn’t worth it. The food wasn’t fresh, we clearly could see the same food unmoved from the previous day. And the staff at the kitchen was very loud and unfriendly. The hotel didn’t provide any bottled water. Overall it was clean and light. So giving it 3 out of 5.

UUtente anonimoCosì così, senza infamia e senza lode. Vivono di glorie passate, proiettati ancora negli anni 60 ( hotel compreso ) con il re Costantino e la regina Annamaria. Difficile raggiungere la spiaggia ma soprattutto risalire ( soprattutto per una persona anziana ). La pulizia è ottima. La colazione a stento la sufficienza ( tanta roba ma scarsa qualità ). Ci sarebbe tanto da fare per riportarlo ad un 4 stelle.

La stanza è pulita, il colazione è buona e il personale sul desk front sono estremamente bello e utile. Prezzo in camera molto ragionevole, alto prezzo di esercizio.Sicuramente ritornerò e consigliere agli amici.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived before midnight however we had been given all the instructions to gain access in case we arrived after reception closed, the lady at reception was lovely very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great location. It was two blocks from the Port, close to food options.
The bathroom was very small. The shower was Old and mould stains. The vanity had water stains and  the toilet would get wet when we were using the shower as it was literally positioned above it with no recess.
Our room looked out to Derelict building however it was quiet and we were able to sleep even though it was beside a bar that operated until late.
Definitely a great option for an overnight stay prior to boarding the fairies to the islands .
