Hotel con colazione a York

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

Ci sono molte strade per l'hotel. È buio inverno, fortunatamente non c'è auto. È chiaro all'hotel. L'ambiente è molto buono. La struttura dell'hotel è molto deliziosa.Il letto è morbido ma ha supporto, confortevole a dormire, il ristorante per la colazione è bello, diversi tipi di colazione possono essere scelti.

We loved our stay at hotel Indigo York, this is the second time we have stayed there. the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. the room is clean and the breakfast was amazing.

La camera era scarsamente illuminata, potevo truccarmi solo in bagno ma non c'era un posto dove appoggiare nulla. Ho dovuto spostare il bollitore sul comodino per collegarlo alla corrente perché non c'erano altre prese disponibili. Abbiamo chiesto per tre volte del caffè decaffeinato in camera, ma non è mai arrivato e non ci hanno dato alcuna spiegazione. Avremmo voluto usare la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio, ma l'idea di dover scendere le scale per entrare in uno stabilimento termale pubblico era piuttosto sgradevole. La nostra camera si trovava sotto le scale che portavano ai piani superiori, quindi era molto rumorosa quando le scale venivano utilizzate dagli altri ospiti. La posizione dell'hotel era comunque eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, e anche se la nostra camera si affacciava sulla stazione stessa, non siamo mai stati disturbati da alcun rumore.

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

L'hotel ci ha assegnato camere in un aereo dove il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava. Sembrava che il personale fosse già a conoscenza del problema, perché i miei amici e io ero gli unici ospiti che rimasevano in tutto l’ala, e purtroppo questo accadde durante un’onda di calore, rendendo le camere insostenibili e molto incomode. Ho dovuto tornare alla ricezione per chiedere un cambio di stanza. Il personale inizialmente ha offerto di portarci un fan e ha detto che l'hotel era completamente prenotato, ma non era una soluzione accettabile in queste temperature estreme. Dopo aver insistito, i miei amici e io siamo finalmente trasferiti in camere con aria condizionata. Ciò che ha reso la situazione ancora più confusa è stato che gli ospiti che ci hanno fatto entrare dopo erano stati assegnati camere in altri piani con aria condizionata funzionante, e ci ha chiesto perché ci fosse stato posto in camere con un problema noto in primo luogo. Gli ospiti non dovrebbero mai essere controllati nelle camere con una questione di manutenzione così importante, soprattutto durante un'onda di calore. Mentre apprezziamo che l'hotel ci abbia finalmente trasferiti, l'intera esperienza ci ha lasciato seri dubbi circa il modo in cui sono state gestite le assegnazioni di stanza - è perché ho prenotato via Trip.com ?

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro. La camera è comoda per due persone. Al momento del check-in non ci è stata segnalata la presenza di una doccia rotta. Abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia sopra la vasca da bagno, che non aveva la tenda, il che ha reso l'intero water bagnato e potenzialmente scivoloso. Inoltre, potrebbe essere scomodo se qualcuno non riuscisse a entrare e uscire facilmente dalla vasca. Gli asciugamani non erano forniti, ma richiesti tramite il codice QR. Tuttavia, dopo un po' di attesa, siamo dovuti scendere nella hall per ricordare al personale la nostra richiesta. La richiesta è stata prontamente soddisfatta.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite. 5 stars from me!

I had a really lovely stay here. The hostel is in a great location, very close to the city centre and easy to reach on foot. The building itself is beautiful, cosy and full of character, with a charming old-fashioned feel. The cleanliness was 10/10 for me. Considering that it is a hostel with people constantly coming and going, I was genuinely impressed by how clean everything was, especially compared with other hostels I have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the common area is comfortable and cosy. There is no kitchen, but breakfast is available in the morning at a reasonable price. There can be a little noise from the street outside, but overall this is an excellent place to stay. I would especially recommend it to women travelling solo. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. One extra tip: don’t spend your whole trip only in the city. If you are visiting between May and September, take one of the longer local bus routes towards the coast. The journey itself is beautiful, with wonderful countryside and coastal views, and it is a great way to see another side of the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great reception staff. The room was advertised as a ‘cosy double’ but it was a huge bed, huge room and small bathroom. The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to. The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.
