UUtente ospiteThere were several items which I was unhappy about and had I been informed of them prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else.
On checking in were asked to supply our credit card for a 200 euro hold to be placed on it! I find the requirement completely outrageous in that you seem to assume that I'm going to cause some damage to your hotel and want to be covered in the event. That is totally unacceptable in the case of two 70 year olds staying for one night. Had we been a party of young lads on a stag night out you could understand it. Sorry bud......not on.
It was late when we arrived and were very pleased that there was a restaurant on the premises to revive ourselves. The menu was very narrow as was the wine list and the food wasn't very appetising. I wouldn't eat there again.
We visited the roof top bar which was deader than a funeral home and so we took ourselves back to the main bar for the rest of the evening.
The lift has confusing information . On the outside it lists the floors as 1, 2, Reception. When you get into the lift it has buttons for 1, 2, 0+ and 0-. Not a word about reception and of course we went to wrong floor for reception. A small thing but annoying and easily fixed.
There was no stairs from our room to the reception that we could find either. I'm fairly sure that a stairs is a legal requirement in the event of a fire but I couldn't find one. And I looked twice!
On the positive side, when we left the next morning, a really nice chap checked us out and when I got into my car I discovered that the lens from one of my glasses had popped out . I went back into the hotel and the hotel porter who had just checked me out could not have been more helpful. We found the lens beside the bed and made the repairs. Your man is wasted in the hotel porter role. You should give him the top job in my opinion.
I won't be rushing back.

Yes, this accommodation really surprised us.
The room and bathroom was larger as expected and spotless clean.
Bed comfortably and we had a good night sleep.
Breaky included….Yes.
All selfservice with fresh baguette and croissants
More then we have expected since we normally never order breakfast
The care taker was also very friendly and helpful
Finally got a road side car park spot infront of the door for 5 euro till 9:00am next morning
All in all we would highly recommend this place and the price was reasonable good for what is delivered

The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints in the piravte car park were a welcome addition for an eV driver but the first one I tried didn't work so I missed the opportunity to get a full charge during dinner which gave me a lot of issues the next day.

EECHO.L'ambiente è caldo, la posizione geografica è nel centro della città, ci sono vicini. La porta è a sinistra per camminare dalla stazione ferroviaria 3-5 minuti. La destra è il centro della città prospero. Il personale della reception è educato e sarà un hotel più raccomandato.

DDmitriiAttenzione, il sito ha sbagliato che il resepschen funziona al fine settimana. Non è. Devi chiamare / scrivere all'hotel in anticipo e inviano il codice di accesso e la password dalla casella o utilizzare il numero per situazioni di emergenza. La chiave per il check-in al fine settimana è lasciata nell'imballaggio della cassaforte. Inoltre, un'altra incertezza che richiede la garanzia - niente è necessario (al fermo a breve termine). Il resto - un hotel di classe, camere comode, tutto funziona. C'è un tavolo da tè e un forno, un frigorifero. Set minimo di piatti + set di tè piccolo. L'unico meno non è un condizionatore d'aria, ed è impossibile chiudere la finestra del ferro per la notte e lasciarla aperta per l'aria condizionata. Altrimenti tutto è grande
