"È stato rassicurante avere personale che parlava inglese. La camera era pulita e la colazione, preparata con ingredienti locali, era deliziosa.
Tutto il personale è stato gentile, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole.
La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'hotel, il che è molto comodo. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per arrivare alla stazione di Nantes.
Io riesco a dormire ovunque, quindi non mi ha dato fastidio, ma chi è sensibile al rumore potrebbe trovarlo rumoroso. Le tende erano sottili, quindi di notte la stanza era piuttosto luminosa.
Ho anche potuto prendere in prestito un asciugacapelli alla reception!"

Использовался как транзитный отель на одну ночь.
От железнодорожного вокзала идти 3 минуты.
Удобно уехать шаттлом в аэропорт (в пути 20 минут, стоимость 10€, начинает ходить с 04:30 утра).
Приняли очень тепло, персонал дружественный и заботливый.
Номер небольшой, но очень комфортный, все свежее и новое.
Кровать удобная и постельное белье приятное.
Жаль, не удалось попробовать завтраки, но думаю, что и они супер.
С удовольствием буду рекомендовать всем этот отель👍

ke11yI stayed at Oldegar Hotel and overall had a positive experience, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. My room was normal and met the basic needs for a short stay.
The location is perfect — it’s close to the tram and the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s also within walking distance of the botanic garden, which makes the area even more pleasant and convenient.
My room was on the 5th floor, and since the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, I had to walk one floor up. Despite this, I managed to carry my luggage down myself when checking out.
At the beginning of my stay, the elevator was temporarily out of service. Although it was inconvenient, the staff genuinely tried their best to resolve the issue. They immediately contacted the maintenance team and kept guests informed. One male staff member even helped me carry my heavy luggage all the way up to the 5th floor — I was truly thankful for his kindness and effort.
Throughout my stay, every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Their attitude made a challenging situation much easier to handle and left a very positive impression.

At arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

La stanza non è grande, ma molto comoda e pulita.Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Nanter, il trasporto è conveniente.Non lontano dalla porta è il castello di Bretagna, vale la pena guardarlo.Mangiare, lavare e sport intorno sono molto convenienti.

Utente ospiteHo controllato e quando sono andato in camera, c'era qualcuno già là dentro, quindi ho dovuto tornare indietro con tutte le mie cose per trovare un'altra stanza. C'era anche un uomo ubriaco o mentalmente instabile (o entrambi) nella ricezione che stava disturbando gli ospiti (compreso me) e il personale non faceva nulla per liberarsi di lui. Una volta finalmente trovato la mia camera, era piccola ma comoda e pulita abbastanza, anche se il letto doppio era in realtà due single spinti insieme, quindi il letto non era così comodo quanto poteva essere e sarebbe stato cattivo per le coppie. In generale, sono stato deluso dall'esperienza.

La vecchia corte è stata modificata, non c'è traccia nella stanza, è molto comodo
Dopo un po'di tempo, ho iniziato a dire che non c'era nessuna stanza, e la parte superiore non poteva chiudere la stanza della finestra, e infine ho organizzato una stanza normale

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

The room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious.
Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

The hotel is close to the train station and easy to get around the main city centre. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room however I am not sure how to rate it, there is no net curtains so people can see into the room when open the curtains; the heater is below the desk and the control is hard to get to. The most amused thing is toilet seat is so high that my feet were not able to touch the floor!! My room is further away from the lift, and the wifi signal in the room is very weak and keeps dropping off.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
