Hotel con colazione a Antibes

L'hotel è molto bello, la stanza è anche molto comoda, la tipica villa francese, si può vedere un po'di mare, che è la posizione relativamente lontana.

While everything was quite nice, somehow I don’t feel like raving about it. Maybe because compared with the experience, the price wasn’t good value. Lack of amenities. Lack of sense of hospitality. Also my room, although upgrade to a “junior suite?”, was north facing which was quite a bummer. I want the sun!

The experience is amazing as they didn’t redecorated the exterior and it showed 3 stars even the trip.com showed 4 stars, once entering the room is amazing nice and modern and they even have a nice refrigerator to keep all your food in cold in the hot weather like this Aug and also the receptionist “ Susanna” is really so friendly and helpful makes my stay more pleasant! The buffet is amazing since usually French breakfast is really “ petit” but they have everything I like ( soy milk, salmon, eggs) I will definitely come back. The location is super convenient to go to sea side by 5 min walking!!!!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 3 notti, solo pernottamento. Non posso esprimere giudizi sui servizi perché non ne abbiamo usufruito. Il personale della reception è stato disponibile e gentile. Ci è stata assegnata la camera 34 al terzo piano. È una camera d'angolo molto piccola con la finestra che si affaccia su un muro. È stata un'offerta conveniente: ho ottenuto esattamente quello per cui ho pagato. Al momento della prenotazione avevo chiesto se avremmo potuto avere una bella camera per festeggiare un compleanno, se ce ne fosse stata una disponibile, ma non si è concretizzata. Il personale delle pulizie ha mantenuto la camera in ordine, anche se un giorno non ci hanno dato tazze di caffè pulite di ricambio. L'hotel dista 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Antibes.

The hotel appears recently renovated, and overall we had a comfortable stay. As a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally a bit higher, and in many areas the hotel delivers. The room was spacious by European standards, very clean, and offered enough storage for our 5-day visit. The shower was particularly good. The air conditioning worked well, and we often used it as white noise, which helped on nights when there was some street noise from nearby bars and restaurants. It was noticeable at times, but not excessive. One drawback was the TV selection, which included only a few English-language news channels. For a multi-day stay, we would have appreciated a bit more variety. Our main concern was the breakfast service. On each morning of our stay—regardless of whether we arrived at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, or even 10:00—several items such as bacon, cheese, ham, and pastries were empty and not replenished during our time there (typically around 30 minutes). When we asked staff, we were told that earlier groups had finished the items. While they eventually restocked some of the food upon request, it took about 15 minutes and required prompting. For a 4-star hotel, a more consistent and proactive approach to replenishing breakfast items would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

We arrived at the hotel which on first impressions was lovely. The receptionist offered to guide us around the hotel which was fine until we got to our room. We were informed that the air conditioning system was not functioning! We were advised to leave the patio door open all night and also offered a desk top fan. Unfortunately this resulted in 3 terrible nights sleep. We both failed to get anything more than 2 hours due to the room being so hot. Bearing in mind the hotel is 5* and not cheap, no offer of compensation was forthcoming. There was a bottle of tap water placed in our room which was replenished every night, unfortunately this made us both ill with a tummy upset. Memories of this hotel will always relate to poor sleep and as a result has tarnished what should have been a wonderful stay in an iconic art deco hotel. Very disappointing!

Una bella struttura, tenuta perfettamente. Camera grande e bel bagno, tutto molto recente. A due passi dal mare. Straconsigliato! Parcheggio interno e garage con sovraprezzo.

Grande hotel 3 stelle molto pulito Grandi servizi a prezzi accessibili 5 minuti a piedi alla spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi al centro della città molti caffè e ristoranti intorno.

The staffs there are extremely friendly and helpful! It locates a bit far from the city centre but quite near to Nice airport.
