UUtente ospiteWe had perfect experience in Fairfield by Marriott Yining hotel. Our room was clean, light, comfortable and big. On the screen of TV was personal greeting with Surname. I was so pleasure about it. Stuff in the check in was very polite and professional. They always wanted to help us. Beds were so soft and big. I would like to return again this hotel next time. I value everything there. I was in many countries’ hotels. So for me this hotel is the best one.

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

UUtente ospite衝著大冰老師的推薦來的，暑假近千元的民宿，是新疆行最貴的一晚。
先説優點：
1.環境很民族風，是一幢老房子改造的，佈置得挺漂亮，適合拍照打卡
2.服務非常好，入住前有人員主動聯繫，提示注意事項，尋問是否需要預留車位什麼的，入住後前台小姐姐説話很好聽，有問必答，主動提供幫助，拿瓜果讓大家分享。
3.衞生間乾濕分離，他家的晾曬去區挺大，這點很方便有洗曬需求的客人。
缺點：
1.衞生間的花灑出水很隨性，調了幾檔都肆意奔放，用着不方便不舒服，還有衞生間的門關合不了，這兩點和民宿的價位不太匹配。
2.早餐看着還湊合，但味道挺一般的。
3.房間服務裏的民族服飾體驗沒有看到，我忘記問了，店家也沒特別提示。
總體來説還不錯的，就是對於暑期這個價格來説性價比不算高。

BBlade.around.the.worldWe chose this hotel for its location inside the Liuxing Street Scenic Area, and the location was indeed perfect. For a property that advertises itself as 2 stars the accommodation is impressive. The rooms are big, the ceiling is high, the bed is comfortable and the floor heating is warm. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for its simple but direct service, good ambiance and fantastic location. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit on the low side. Apart from that everything was great. Highly recommend

LlwywylThe staff at the hotel were beyond helpful when we arrived. Zaynula and Guligeilan assisted to correct the booking we made, being very patient and friendly throughout and we really appreciated their service. The hotel building looks dated from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby and rooms as the interior is modern and well appointed (I believe it may have been newly renovated). Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend it

IIrene2008I booked 6 privilege queen rooms but was given 3 only and 3 lower grade rooms - I had to go down to asked why I wasn’t given the room I booked but was explained that it was fully booked! But of course the hotel changed 2 rooms into presidential suite for me but it was not easy to inform my friends that they had to stay lower grade room when paid higher room rate
Another issue was on passports- my tour guide provided 12 passports to the reception upon checked in and when we collected, they only gave 10 passports back. We were panic ! At the end the reception managed to find the 2 which was placed in another drawer . Passport is extremely important and must be handled without mistake

UUtente anonimoLa strada che conduce all'hotel è scarsamente pavimentata, con molti buchi e bisogno di riparazioni.
La connessione Wi-Fi in camera era sub-par. La temperatura dell'acqua era anche erratica, con l'acqua molto calda o molto fredda. Il personale potrebbe essere meglio atteggiato - quasi non ha recuperato il deposito iniziale e il personale non ci ha ricordato e sembrava rude quando ne abbiamo chiesto.
Nonostante sia annunciato come vicino alla strada di Liuxing, la strada è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.
La colazione è al ristorante vicino all'hotel, un'articola che è anche protetta da molti locali, anche se il cibo non può essere così palatabile per gli stranieri.

UUtente ospiteVivere in questa casa popolare, e lodare la casa blu della sua zona turistica popolare non devi più andare. Puoi andare in vacanza per vedere altre case. Il capo è molto entusiasta, la colazione e'saltata, la frutta ha un sapore speciale, l'ambiente è molto bello, pulito, e quando vai, dimentica la camera della fotocamera, Il capo ci ha mandato indietro quel giorno, grazie!

The hotel was clean but the desk had a sticky stain, in the shower there was a hair band and a black hair on the round pillow.
Other than that, the room was great.
On the site it says English spoken at front desk... Not true, i was always put in the too hard basket because they didn't know how to deal.
Location was good, Liuxing Street was not far, stores everywhere as well as food.
I liked that you could do laundry but there was hardly any detergent and the laundry was dirty.
Breakfast was ok, they could do better really.
The room stated mountain view... We got no view and we stayed like 5 nights so disappointed in that.
Apart from that I would prob stay again as I thought the price was good.

UUtente ospiteThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
