Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided.
One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

UUtente ospiteThis is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review.
As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities.

Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel.
Room & Cleanliness:
Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached.
Ammenities & Facilities:
A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms.
By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites.
Breakfast:
Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption.
Surroundings:
There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also.
Overall, we had a good stay.

JJacqueline, 卉杉Xiao Liu, il proprietario del centro commerciale, è estremamente gentile, utile, amichevole e affidabile. Il luogo è molto comodo, a buon prezzo e in una posizione fantastica.
Tutti i membri del personale erano veramente caldi e benvenuti. Amiamo il posto così tanto e davvero dispiacevamo di rimanere per una sola notte. Da quando siamo arrivati, non ci sentimmo come stranieri a tutti i punti che ci sembravano di stare con la famiglia. Tutti ci hanno trattato con sincerità e hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutare. Xiao Liu ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha anche guidato ad acquistare il fuoco. Ci aspettava e poi ci unì a giocare a fuoco di notte, anche se già avevamo controllato, e ci permetteva di lasciare con lui il nostro bagaglio, che apprezziamo davvero.
Il luogo è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, senza foto troppo editate con una realtà deludente.Tutto era autentico e superava le nostre aspettative.
Abbiamo anche avuto una cena di hotpot nel cannone, e era fresca e deliziosa. Il cibo è davvero un test di caffè, tutto è stato eccellente, senza dubbio sulla qualità.
Spero sinceramente di avere l'opportunità di visitare nuovamente Wuxi. Sicuramente consiglierei questo posto ai miei amici e alla famiglia, così come al Defford Building, il ristorante raccomandato da Xiao Liu. Il cibo è autentico, delizioso e rappresenta veramente la cucina Wuxi.
Ci hanno aiutati anche con i biglietti per il Big Buddha di Lingshan. Francamente, non potevamo chiedere di più Il proprietario del ristorante ci ha aiutato con i biglietti di ingresso, e un guide turistico ci ha anche guidato a Lingshan Big Buddha e ci ha guidato lì, tutto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Tutti erano incredibilmente gentili e generosi. Se si intende comprare stick e candele di basso, c'è un negozio proprio accanto al ristorante con prezzi molto ragionevoli assolutamente nessun rimpianto.
Grazie, Xiao Liu, per la vostra ospitalità eccellente. È una pena che non abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per visitare il caffè di tua sorella, ma ci piacerebbe visitare di nuovo la prossima volta.

SSagar.BiramneRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Magnolia (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) durante un viaggio d'affari, ed è stata un'esperienza eccezionale.
Posizione conveniente
L'hotel è convenientemente situato con facile accesso ai principali hub di trasporto. È a soli 13.4 miglia dall'aeroporto internazionale di Sunan Shuofang, rendendolo molto accessibile per i viaggiatori. Anche se le stazioni di metro più vicine, Zhaqiao e Yingyuehu Park.
Servizio straordinario
Il servizio di desktop frontale 24-hour è stato sempre disponibile per aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta o interrogazioni, assicurando un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole. Il personale è stato incredibilmente cortese e attento, assicurandosi che tutte le mie esigenze siano state soddisfatte immediatamente.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalle stazioni di metro più vicine, ma l'ambiente è piacevole e favorisce sia il lavoro che la rilassazione. L'ambiente tranquillo e i parchi vicini offrono un ritiro pacifico dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza della città.

UUtente ospiteStayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards
Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking.
The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!

SSpongebobsquarepantsI recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

UUtente ospiteMi aspettavo che un posto si chiamasse il Grand Hotel. Non era nemmeno la media (al meglio). Check-in non era molto amichevole. La stanza aveva molte domande, per esempio la metà delle luci non funzionava, quindi la stanza era molto buia tutto il tempo che ero lì. Il Wifi era davvero spotto e difficile da firmare. Il letto era ok, aveva un sonno così tanto. A dire il vero, sono rimasto in luoghi molto migliori a Wuxi per un prezzo molto più economico, ma ero stanco e non volevo lamentarmi o cambiare le camere/hotel. Dirò che ero molto deluso per il prezzo. Ho scelto questo posto solo per il tubo e la piscina. Il tubo era ok e per essere onesti dopo aver visto lo stato della stanza non mi dispiaceva nemmeno della piscina. Mi sono accorto se la stanza non fosse così grande, allora probabilmente non puliscono bene la piscina. Il servizio di aria condizionata era una battuta, non era affatto cool, la TV era antica e ho dovuto rompere le batterie per farla funzionare. Non è stato così gentile nemmeno.Un paio di positivi, il campanello mi ha aiutato a lasciare le mie borse, e posso dire che le ragazze al colazione mattina erano molto gentili e gentili ...ma non è colpa loro, il cibo era piuttosto orribile. Almeno il caffè era decente e abbondante. In generale, il resto del personale mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi un grosso disturbo mentre ero lì. Il mio consiglio è di controllare le recensioni e ottenere un hotel migliore per altrove per molto meno soldi. Non tornerò a questo vecchio hotel scioccato e dodgy.
