如果説北京飯店代表北京的沉穩大氣，半島酒店代表香港的雍容華貴，白天鵝賓館代表廣州的知性優雅。那麼天驕酒店就是代表欽州內斂靈動的最好名片。酒店地理位置優越，就在白石湖旁邊，交通便利，停車位充足，打車很方便。酒店和欽州陶藝緊密結合，聯合主題展覽，進入大廳彷彿進入了陶藝博物館。在打造優雅藝術的同時很好的為欽州的文華名片做了宣傳。電梯很快，房間寬敞，空氣清新，沒有異味。房間衞生做的很好，乾淨整潔，每一寸細節都很乾凈。床品親膚舒適，零重力席夢思床墊完美的託住了我的美夢，讓我一夜安眠，睡覺非常甜美。我老媽睡覺很挑剔，她也是一覺睡到天亮，很是贊歎。健身中心設施齊全，泳池水質乾淨，風景很好，早餐很豐富，準備了欽州特色的早餐，很有創意，味道很好，餐飲服務專員桌面清理利落，清枱高效及時。前廳辦理入住速度很快，晚上前廳的小夥子雖然青澀，但是服務熱情禮貌，主動問候。因為凌晨後想喝牛奶入睡，通知了前廳安排了晚安牛奶。夜班服務員專員簡雪華女士服務響應及時，態度熱情主動，因為擔心客人要快速入睡，熱好牛奶之後馬上送過來，及時告知飲用温度，禮貌道別，非常貼心。24號早上值守的安保專員小夥子，看到客人呼叫的專車開到，馬上跑過來熱情幫開門，為客人提供專業細緻的服務，雖然青澀內斂但是很暖心。從這兩位夥伴身上感受到了文華東方式極致體貼，細緻入微的服務温度，非常棒。分享下希望下次到來可以看到提升的細節。早上用餐，餐廳迎賓服務專員面無表情，感覺很疲憊，很多時候等着客人主動開口。早餐是開啟全新美好一天的開始，一個燦爛的微笑可能會讓接觸的客人心情開心一天。明檔燙麪的服務大姐服務有點生冷硬，希望餐飲總監和出品好好做一次有深度的服務培訓。接觸到的禮賓，PA，康樂中心的管理人員，以及走出餐廳迎面碰到的管理人員，都沒有貫徹五三一服務理念。相遇時冷漠打量客人，目光悄悄躲過。酒店硬件設施堪稱滿分，而高端酒店的核心競爭力始終在於服務。硬件已然出眾，服務水準更應在此之上，將禮儀規範與待客細節做到極致，分寸有度，將貼心禮遇貫穿始終，方能完全匹配品牌定位。希望下次會有更好的驚喜體驗。

Ok: anche se l'hotel non è troppo nuovo, è buono mantenuto 👍 Il prezzo della camera è grande, le strutture sono fondamentalmente perfette, è un frigorifero. Insufficiente: 1 porta dell'hotel chiusa per riparare la strada, è estremamente inconveniente uscire. La strada di guida deve essere lontana. La strada di guida dietro è la strada del villaggio, è insopportabile. 2 colazione è praticamente pulita alle nove e mezzo, e non aggiungere cibo. Quando si lamenta, può fare il prossimo bagno (10 dollari per scatola 1.2 kg di 😓). È presto accanto a cibo, duro non aggiunge cibo, tre giorni precoci, non posso andare dopo il primo giorno.

一路走來，無論是百色還是欽州的酒店，都是差強人意。這家算是在欽州網評不錯的一家酒店，地處鬧市區，確實很鬧，門店緊挨着馬路，有失檔次，停車場在樓背後和小區共用，場內瀰漫著酒店後廚排出來的複合海鮮飯菜味道，感覺排氣扇就在呼呼的往鼻孔裏灌，客官可自行腦補海鮮大餐撲面而來的場景。房間很新，感覺像是新裝修的，設施不錯，尤其是智能馬桶，偶爾自行沖水玩，還以為有人來陪我，實際上很浪費水的。樓下就是一個超大的市民廣場，諸多野生歌唱家在大音箱的加持下，時而嘹亮嚎叫，時而低聲淒厲，此起彼伏。前台表示無可奈何，但晚上十點之後就安靜了。以為高處可避，未曾想到14樓不僅嘶吼清晰，還歷歷在目，一場廣場混響演唱會免費送給大家，窗户關和不關沒啥作用。如果説廣場演唱會你們管不着，是不是在裝修的時候把窗户的隔音質量提升一下？好在晚上十點多一點，廣場歌手發泄夠了，立即恢復了平靜。唉．．． 鑒於早餐屬於普惠式的，人均有份，期望值就不要想太多了。酒店的保安、前台和保潔人員的服務態度還是很好的，值得讚許。

We only stay for one day, however our experience was great. The location is very nice, close to many restaurants and supermarkets. There is a laundry room and it’s free. The breakfast is excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the service was decent, there are several quirks and issues that future guests should be aware of before booking. The Downsides: - Location & Accessibility: The hotel is tucked away from the main road. Taxis cannot drive all the way to the front lobby, so you will have to walk a bit with your luggage. - Slow Check-in: The check-in process took quite a while, seemingly because the staff is not yet fully accustomed to handling international/foreign guests. - The ”Non-Smoking” Room Issue: I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I even found two cigarette butts on the floor (one by the window, one near the bathroom). I immediately asked to change rooms, only to be informed that the hotel actually does not have any non-smoking rooms at all. - The Elevator Nightmare: The hotel shares a 28-story building with another hotel, but there is only one elevator servicing the entire building. Waiting for the lift requires a massive amount of patience. - Tiny Restaurant: The hotel restaurant is incredibly cramped—honestly the smallest hotel restaurant I have ever seen. Because of the size, the breakfast buffet selection is very limited and just standard. The Upsides: - Good Service: The staff members were polite and tried their best to be helpful. - Laundry Room: They have a very convenient laundry room equipped with two washer/dryer units, which was a huge plus for a 5-night stay. Verdict: If you just need a place to sleep and don't mind the elevator wait or the smoke policy, the service is good. However, if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke or in a rush, you might want to look elsewhere.

Il Cina e la regola sono molto chiari e semplice, non molto ricco e costoso, ma possono stare confortevolmente, così come la colazione e il parcheggio spazioso, che vale la pena di essere superati.Il più apprezzabile di questo hotel è che è vicino alla vera vecchia strada di Zhangzhou (la zona di scena della vecchia strada è la strada degli imprenditori stranieri o la strada dei marciapiedi di mercantile)! Qui potrebbe essere una città di Zhuang, circondata da acqua, ora divisa in diversi parchi. La più nota è che è il luogo in cui la Cina era la prima volta. Ci sono Zhuang e Tinhan!Ora la maggior parte degli edifici della vecchia strada sono rotti in caverne vuote e mostrano una svolta finale!

Older hotel that has been modernised. Spacious clean rooms, large beds, the usual firm mattress. On a busy intersection but quiet enough at night. About out of the city so more limited for restaurants and entertainment. Reception staff have no English but are helpful.

Great comfortable room with big TV, desk, chair. Cheap restaurant below, short walk to next block with other shops. Breakfast good. Soundproofing average. Friendly staff.
