Hotel con colazione a Jiangmen

A hidden gem. I don't even want to share this review to make this hotel too popular! As a person who doesn't speak very good Chinese, the staff at this hotel were very accommodating despite the language barrier. When you first arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a creative garden complete with outdoor dining areas, swings, a fish tank, and more. On check in, the receptionist was very attentive to all of my questions and directed me to the places I asked about through wechat. It was very easy to follow the directions. I was also offered a spread of fresh fruit to enjoy before settling in my room. The room was spacious and clean and had the most advanced toilet that I have ever used! There was a wide open window for a beautiful view of the dialou across the pond. The suite of amenities was also much appreciated, including snacks, toiletries, and slippers. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. They not only provide the standard Chinese breakfast fare such as porridge and pastries, but also served local kaiping specialties. They also have food you can order off of a menu but I didn't have anything during my stay. Upon checkout I was also given a goodie bag filled with local specialties and treats which was much appreciated!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

Staff throught the hotel were courteous and very helpful. Room was spotless and spacious. Convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Come al solito, io vado con i bambini e i vecchi genitori. Devo andare al ginnastico. 1. La stanza era davvero spaziosa, tubo interno e esterno, jacuzzi, tutto. 2. Molto pulito e tempestivo, tutto era tutto a posto. Fino a 3. Non c'è frigo nella stanza???? ho parlato con il personale che era carino. Ma hanno detto che il frigo era lì, ma non c'era nessun frigo! Non si sono neanche disturbati a controllare se c'era un problema. 4. La palestra si apre alle 7:00, ma si può sneak in qualsiasi momento, solo che l'a/c sarebbe stato fuori. La palestra era molto grande, con ogni possibile apparecchiatura dal 1999. Ma tutto ha funzionato, quindi è tutto a posto. 1/5 per le strutture per il frigo solo, tutto il resto non era male, verrà di nuovo

The location is great if you like to eat late night. I felt the breakfast wasn’t great I walk-in and walk right back out. The bed was hard and the wifi was not fast but good enough for a zoom meeting

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Helpful housekeepers. The only complain I have is the smell of smoke coming from other rooms. There’s no clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Ash trays in all rooms and next to the elevator even though there are no smoking signs.
