UUtente ospiteThe room was very spacious, tidy and had good view from large windows. Room for improvement would be that there are insects in the toilet area. Overall good stay, though slightly more pricey than other hotels.

UUtente ospiteTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

UUtente ospiteWe have been travelled around the globe for several decades, obviously we had stayed in many hotels before, but Wish Hotel is an exceptionally one to our party (6 people), they may not be a five star hotel, but their hospitality and friendliness, it’s rated number one in our hearts. For someone from Canada, who is a beginner with WeChat, I had no idea how to call a DiDi (Uber), book bus tickets and ….., Miss Ng (伍海美） had patiently taught me how to complete all these tasks, when Miss Ng was left for the night, Miss Lee (李小卿）also assisted us. I would like to say Thank you to both of you !
Should I ever return back to Tai Shan again, I will definitely come back to Wish Hotel .

UUtente ospiteL'esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente calda!Il giorno piovoso è arrivato al negozio, il personale ha iniziato a aiutare a portare il bagaglio ☔️ e il servizio è molto attento.Quando è partito, le cose sono cadute senza attenzione. L'hotel ha trovato presto e mi ha contattato in tempo, e ha gestito velocemente e responsabilmente.Il parcheggio è grande e conveniente. La stanza è pulita, i dettagli sono usati per vedere, vale la pena raccomandare 👍!

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Ffong ongWe called ahead to request for our 4 rooms to be on the same floor and near to one another. Staff really helped us to ensure that. Pleasant surprise was the mini fridge in the room and washer in the balcony. Made washing of clothes so much easier than having to use the common machine in the laundry room at level 4.
Could even request for housekeeping through wechat message. Truly convenient!
We initially thought the hotel could be a little run down since our last stay. Despite it being 5 years old, amenities and facilities are well maintained. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

UUtente anonimoLa colazione era così piena di persone, e la gente si sedette sui miei posti quando andai a prendere il mio uovo fritto, completamente caotico. La carta della porta era strana, perché la chiusura della porta non aprirà la porta, e non è successo solo a me e ho visto un altro ospite che sbarcava in piano e aspettava che la custodia aprisse la porta. La gestione dell'hotel deve organizzare questo, così come il personale della sala colazione ha bisogno di una seria gestione del tavolo.

UUtente ospiteExcellent visit to Taishan and this Fairfield Marriott has to be a hotel of 1st choice. This is a new hotel that opened in 2025 in Taishan’s newer residential areas.
Responsive service although language-wise, front desk communicates best in Putonghua. Their Cantonese is average and English is poor (but they try). This is a weak point as many visitors may be overseas Taishanese where English may be the 1st language.
Rooms were large and comfortable. They are well-designed, making use of sliding glass panels to demarcate private toilet/shower area from the bedroom area.
I paid a bit more for a corner room which had large windows on two walls (North-Easterly Aspect), improved glass panel design features and a separate table/desk with chair and light for getting work done.
Room design comes with a long Oakwood and Marble shelf which runs the length of the suite which was very useful for placing luggage and for visitor seating.
Restaurant is excellent with Chinese, local Taishan delicacies and Western food choices.
Washer-dryer facilities are excellent and on-screen TV gives a realtime update of laundry room machine availability - the first that I have seen this in a hotel, but makes sense.
Hotel adjoins a very large 4 floor shopping centre with all of the shopping that you might want, and multiple food options.

LLilcccI recently returned to my hometown for a visit and stayed at Meisi Park, and I cannot recommend it enough! As a solo traveler, I was looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet yet accessible area. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the charming old town, where I spent hours exploring nostalgic spots, and the same distance to a modern shopping mall for some retail therapy. Whether you’re into history or shopping, the location is ideal.
The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide!
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling!
The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport.
All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate.
