This place is amazing! I felt so cared for and looked after. They go above and beyond in so many ways to make it a wonderful stay. They really did SO much for me to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and also cared for. It felt welcoming, clean, warm and wonderful. They have great attention to detail and are so incredibly considerate seeking to offer their visitors the best experience they can. The location is wonderful. A short walk to Songyang scenic area and some great local eateries. A short taxi (11yuan) to the Shaolin scenic area. I so highly recommend this place. I only write reviews when somewhere stands out and this place definitely does!!!!

This hotel is located in close proximity to the Shaolin Temple Jingtian Point. In an intimate atmosphere, the staff members helped transport attendees to the venue and moved their luggage. in addition, they proposed a night show at Shorinji Temple and suggested a route around Shorinji Temple, and the service was very good. The room was new and clean, and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Although it was only one instance, there was a spot in the pot that looked slightly dirty. If hotel could just fix that part, it would be perfect. Recommended for sightseeing in Shaolin Temple.

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

È stato un bel soggiorno in hotel. Il proprietario e il personale sono persone ospitali, hanno aiutato ad acquistare i biglietti per lo spettacolo e a ordinare il taxi. Capiscono l'inglese. Abbiamo soggiornato a Dengfeng City per una notte durante la nostra visita alla zona panoramica del Tempio Shaolin. L'hotel distava più di 10 chilometri dalla zona panoramica, il che lo rendeva piuttosto comodo. La zona panoramica sembra davvero bella dall'esterno e anche i servizi sono piuttosto buoni, ma la pulizia potrebbe essere notevolmente migliorata. Ho risparmiato un po' per un upgrade e il servizio era abbastanza buono, ma la cosiddetta camera con vista sulle montagne offriva solo uno scorcio. Naturalmente, questi non sono poi così importanti; se aveste prenotato direttamente una camera con vista sulle montagne, sareste rimasti delusi. La biancheria da letto in camera era relativamente pulita, ma i cuscini emanavano un forte odore di muffa, come di funghi marci. Anche dopo averli cambiati, l'odore persisteva. Non so cosa lo causasse. Per me è stata solo una notte, quindi mi è andata bene, ma l'esperienza non è stata decisamente positiva.

It doesn't seem feasible to reach the hotel by public transport, so having a car is necessary. Accessing the hotel entrance on foot involves climbing a flight of stairs from ground level. Once inside, guests must take the lift to reach the reception on level 6 for check-in. Luggage loading can be managed in carpark B1, and this requires the hotel to open the gate for vehicle access. In terms of service, the hotel staff were attentive and provided good service. They efficiently dried my son's and my sports shoes overnight, saving us from having to travel in wet footwear the next day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We were able to enjoy it on our small balcony, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One person spoke some English which made things a little easier for me. It's a quick taxi ride to Songshan. It's not really in a location to walk to places so I think it's best if you have your own car. The taxi driver and 'other' drivers do like to overcharge tourists. Getting off at the bus station and being harassed by drivers was unpleasant and gave Dengfeng a bad feeling. There is no train so unless you have a car, you'll also have this unpleasant experience. Dengfeng is quite nice just the welcome is unfortunate. The hotel staff were wonderful, and the room was spacious. I loved the little table by the window, very pleasant. The restaurant across from the parking lot has tasty food and very reasonable priced.
