Hotel con colazione a Changshu

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room.

It was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

Il mio hotel è stato un hotel ideale vicino al lago, il processo di check-in è stato facile, e il personale del front desk è stato amichevole e accogliente. Non sono sicuro se questo fosse dovuto a me essere un occidentale o perché il mio mandarino non è fluido, ma entrambe le esperienze di mangiare mi hanno lasciato sentire unico e deluso.

Recommandare la strade è spesso familiare con l'hotel di Liuhu Lake!La colazione è molto buona, il servizio della ricetta è attento, la camera è grande e luminosa e vive molto comoda.Il bagno è un design di secco separato, lo spazio è molto grande, è molto conveniente per l'uso, la luce sensoriale è molto sensibile. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città, è molto familiare con le piccole e medie città, la vista notturna è bella, e si trova sul lago di Liu, e il trasporto è molto conveniente per viaggiare.Vale davvero la pena di rimanere di nuovo!

L'hotel è un complesso molto bello, affascinante, che comprende una casa antica rinnovata, rendendola un luogo insolito di soggiorno. La posizione è inaspettata: bloccato dietro alcuni edifici regolari. All'interno è molto bello e ben progettato e la camera dispone di belle attrezzature. Le cose che ho notato erano leggermente negative: il pavimento della stanza non era molto pulito; il colazione è bella e bello fatto ma ancora, è semplicemente un fantasma zhou e non mi hanno fatto un caffè; c'è molto poco di isolamento acustico, quindi siamo stati svegliati da Le famiglie sonore alle 8:00 quando abbiamo cercato di liegare. In generale lo consiglierei certamente, ma un pavimento pulito e un prezzo leggermente più economico per la notte sarebbe molto utile.

In generale, sono stato soddisfatto di questo hotel. È in una parte centrale di Changshu, ha segni inglesi in tutto l'hotel, e qualcuno al desk parla inglese. La mia camera era bella con un comodo letto e una buona bagno. La strada profumava come una miscela di profumo e fumo di sigaretta. Il colazione era molto ineccepzionale e molto cinese (i baozi non erano molto buoni 🙁). In generale, resterò ancora qui.

La ricezione è stata estremamente utile. Super in punto di assistenza e posso dire che sono ben curato. La posizione è impressionante e si fa un sforzo enorme per renderlo piacevole. La scelta del colazione era un po' limitata perché hanno fatto i set in modo. Ma era decente. La stanza è sorprendente, pulita e pulita. La posizione è vicina alla zona turistica intorno anche. Tutto all'interno di una gamma di circa 1 km di ghiaccio. Era una buona passeggiata e sicura anche alla notte.

I just came out of the bar, and it's only a few hundred meters' walk to this hotel. The location is fantastic! Overall, it's pretty good in other aspects too. The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.
