Hotel con colazione a Edmonton

我們第二次入住這家酒店了，因為去年的體驗還不錯，所以今年再次來，但這次入住體驗沒有那麼好了。 給服務差評是因為，離店那天早上8:45，酒店清潔人員居然敲門來問我們幾點退房，我住過很多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，感覺很奇怪，按理説我們衹要是在11點之前離店就好，這樣做非常不專業，簡直不敢相信這是Hilton Double Tree！酒店是很希望我們早點走嗎？為了不耽誤打掃工作而打擾客人休息？無法理解這是酒店方面培訓員工這樣做，還是員工自己的做法？當時清潔人員拿着紙和筆去敲門填寫check-out 時間。 酒店的房間設施也不太令人滿意，沒有微波爐、電水壺，床頭電話無法使用，吹風機是壞的（後來找房間服務人員換了）。 好的方面：乾淨，床很舒服，超西邊的窗户視野很好，其他大部分員工態度熱情，早餐不免費但種類豐富，位置不錯，離西Mall 10分鐘左右車程。

If the food is important on your stay, this is the place to be. The option to have 7-12 breakfast or to extend until 2:30 with brunch is fantastic because you can wakeup late or do any other activity then straight to the restaurant. Both options are delicious, well stocked and prepared to perfection. We tried both the early breakfast and the brunch. Based on the good experience, we decided to try the restaurant bar at night. Same story, good food. Another common thing you'll find is the hospitality and the good mood for every single staff. Is a well notice thing which sometimes is not common. The rooms are quiet and if you get in the upper level, the view can add an extra. We're in Edmonton usually two times a year. Definitely we'll come back here

Situato in una posizione centrale con personale amichevole, la camera è stata aggiornata gratuitamente a causa della sua presenza a Marriott. Le letti sono molto comodi.La TV ha cromato (dove ci è voluto un po' di tempo per impostare). Pressione dell’acqua di doccia un tappo sul lato basso della testa di doccia a risparmio d’acqua. Parcheggio in superficie vicino all'edificio ($35/night, parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile anche).

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Non lontano dalla West Mall, l'igiene è pulita, può ritardare la partenza, una buona esperienza, un servizio leggermente sfavorevole, il cameriere non ha sorriso, non importa se prende il bagaglio

We booked the Argyll because of its proximity to the Saville center. We were attending a Curling camp that started early in the mornings. It was an eight minute drive to get there. The beds were awesome and comfortable, but the rooms were older and beaten up a little bit. The stay probably would’ve been fine except there was a rave at the bar attached to the mall that was half outside and it went until about 10:30 PM. It was super loud in the rooms. We also had a next-door neighbour that started his parties at one or two in the morning. Even after complaining the first night, they still left him in the room next to us for the next night. I got very little sleep for two nights in a row. The breakfast wasn’t much but fine anyway. There’s lots of free parking. And a few restaurants in the ***** mall that the hotel is attached to. Some interesting clientele around, but it wasn’t scary or anything. Just not a good hotel for kids to be at or if you need to be up early in the morning. 

Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.

Il centro è stato molto bello, benvenuto e amichevole, ma l'hotel è molto vecchio e mostra. Ha bisogno di tappeti freschi, di pittura e, sebbene la signora che preparava il colazione gratuita fosse meravigliosa, le strutture e la varietà di cibo erano molto povere. Il centro era costituito da una camera di hotel convertita al terzo piano, non molto accogliente per il numero di ospiti che hanno partecipato. Non ci sconvolsero, soprattutto perché c'era un'apertura nella hall.

Il prezzo è molto amichevole, il personale di servizio è molto educato e il personale di custodia si pulisce ogni giorno.La guancia è molto lontana dal bus, ci vuole circa dieci minuti, ma è anche buona ad adattarsi.

Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel.

You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
