La posizione di questo hotel è a circa 4 km, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla principale Avenida Genting Sky.
Non ha molte tazze, quindi andiamo solo al Hard Rock Café sul 50° piano.
Pros:
Tutti i membri del personale, compresa la guardia di sicurezza, ci fanno sentire benvenuti quando arrivano alle stanze.
Il parcheggio è gratuito, è necessario solo convalidare prima di uscire.

"It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅"

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords."

I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay."

Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella."

YYee PeeHotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious.
Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc.....
Water pressure is good.
Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily.
Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided.
Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements.
Generally worth for the price.

赢赢无名Stayed at Genting Awana Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a peaceful retreat away from the busy hilltop crowd. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities like the heated pool and golf course are well maintained, and the shuttle service to SkyAvenue is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice if you prefer a quieter stay while still being close to Genting Highlands attractions.

It might be a bit confusing for some people to find their hotel room since they have lots of towers but if you follow the instructions and signs, you will find your room. Will come here again for sure 😊 oh you can just watch the sunrise from the hotel too!

VVirgo goes where toBooked a Deluxe Studio chalet of 1queen4singles. They can also provide you 6singles instead. Its a chalet with 2 rooms 2 bath 1 living hall & a balcony. Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time.
Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box..

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

YYuan ChongIt has being more than 10years going up. Overall it is within expectation hearing from frequent traveler. Just note to less frequent traveler to this hotel. Bring your own toothbrush, comb and wifi as the room dont have. Only lobby and it i very bad. Mening the room will not fridge. There is hot and cold water at common floor. Location just a walk to alot of facilities for those coming to enjoy the necessary.
