My family and I just recently returned from vacation in which Bratislava was a part of. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we started in Budapest, traveled by train to Bratislava and then onto Prague. Little did we know that Bratislava would be a Highlight of our trip! Namely, Jana, the hotel concierge Holds the distinction of being one of the best we have seen in any of the Marriott hotels. We are lifetime platinum members and have traveled extensively so this is saying a lot! She made us feel so special! So much so, that we are encouraging our friends not to skip over Bratislava when traveling from Budapest to Prague. Jana was our resource guide, our travel planner, and idea generator! Jana received our many emails of questions with excitement and enthusiasm. She responded very quickly, comprehensively and with valuable suggestions and tips to ensure we would enjoy our stay in Bratislava. She helped us navigate the train system, detailing times and cost and basically did all the work for us and then arranged to have us picked up at the station and then dropped off-always with a gigantic smile! After she arranged to have us picked up at the train, she greeted us in the hotel lobby with welcomed refreshments. Upon learning of our celebrating our anniversary, she gave us a wonderful riverside suite complete with champagne and delicious macarons! No detail was overlooked. Jana emailed us details regarding where to dine and what to do and then made all the arrangements-reservations for us. All we had to do was show up. What a pleasure! And she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed your beautiful and elegant hotel, especially breakfast which was very elaborate. Our daughter tells everyone that Bratislava was the highlight of our trip. Such an unexpected delight! We all felt that Jana played a huge role in our enjoyment of your fine hotel and wonderful historic city. You are very lucky to have such a true professional, in Jana. She gave us a great gift a--wonderful family memory! Linda and Ed

Crisp, professional staff give shine to this older hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for business since August, 2021. The staff provided gracious service during the first Summer of post Covid travel. I was staying for six weeks and they provided a larger room since I would be with them so long. I have stayed there many times since and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we came, this hotel was fancy :)) Room was spacious, bed - king size. Just in the room was a little bit too hot (AC wasn't working and opened window wasn't enough). But in general, we loved it! Also, breakfast here were delicious (coffee has a place for improvement ;) ). Also, as this hotel is in Old Town of Bratislava, almost all tourist attractions are in walking distance, or public transport's stops are nearby.

Bloccato NFT (capella grande singolo con bagno condiviso), e ha superato le mie aspettative. Non c'è bisogno di salire sulla capsula su quattro - molto pulito e spazioso. Buon wi-fi, delizioso colazione. Vorrei solo raccomandare di passare le ore di check-out almeno alle 11:00 - le 10:00 sono relativamente precoce.

Questo hotel è un buon valore. Il suo lussuoso e le camere sono tutte denominate come stelle cinematografiche. È un aspetto ma datato/ stanco, ma era abbastanza pulito. Il più grande sconto per noi è che c'era un bar/un nightclub in piedi con musica molto alta che si è proseguita fino alle prime ore. Non mi importa la musica alta di solito, ma era piuttosto alto! Forse era una festa, ma avevo l'impressione che non fosse? Forse controllare prima di prenotare se questo è qualcosa che potrebbe disturbarti. Le persone più giovani potrebbero essere un ottimo hotel, ma per le famiglie o le persone anziane che sono passati giorni di clubbing (come siamo!) non è così buono. Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e non troppo lontano dalla città in una buona posizione.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

Questo appartamento è molto conveniente rispetto al centro storico della città. L'appartamento era spazioso e completo, con una cucina ben arredata. Prima parcheggio sotto l'hotel e piacevole (pulizia) servizio e un bel colazione curata. Un consigliere per un viaggio in città per questa splendida città che si trova a Vienna in termini di prezzo , comfort e sorprese culturali è sopra. Al di fuori della città antica il Danubio Meulenstein Art Museum è situato al Danubio un consigliere assoluto!

Impeccabile e le camere sono molto buone. La camera è stata rinnovata e sembra un cinque stelle. Il letto era molto comodo e molto pulito. Il bagno è enorme. Anche l'atteggiamento del servizio di front desk è molto buono. Anche la posizione è molto buona! La maggior parte dei luoghi di gioco è raggiungibile a piedi.

Il personale ha inviato buone istruzioni su come arrivare alla proprietà dalla stazione che era apprezzato. Camminare breve dall'autobus. Amici e benvenuti, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la prenotazione della stanza, ma è stato risolto. La stanza era pulita e la bagno era tutto quello che ci serviva, ma era molto caldo (solo 1 fan). Un buono da bere gratuito era un bel toccamento e il bar era economico e sociale. Il giorno dopo andava facilmente nella città principale per visite, ecc. Le borse da cucina per noi, sembravano buone, anche se non l'avevamo usata. Molto vicino a un grande negozio Tesco per pasticceria/snack.

Che hotel meraviglioso! Nessuno era troppo! Il personale era amichevole e utile. Con un viaggiatore di toddler è sempre divertente, ma questo hotel è al centro della vecchia città così perfettamente situato quando dovevamo tornare per un giorno di mezzo. Il colazione era semplice ma delizioso situato in basso era un bel set. Mi sentivo molto domestico. La stanza era pulita e mi piacevano le sacchette di caffè istantanee! Il punto che mi piaceva più dell'hotel era la zona di lettura che era tranquilla e che forniva il posto perfetto per sedersi e rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro. Ciò significava anche che potevo sedersi e leggere mentre mia figlia dormiva.
