In generale, questo è un antico Fairfield Inn molto ben mantenuto. La custode era perduta di temperamento e baciava il bambino disobbediente, invece di concentrarsi sulle cose che avevamo chiesto di uscire dalla sua carrozza. The Serenity… formerly the old Orange Blossom. Words can’t even begin to describe the reality of this place. Supposedly this place was updated recently. The rooms almost look like the online photos What are these premium amenities you speak of online? The phone in the room stated Orange Blossom and room 120; we were in room 133. The room smells bad. The continental breakfast was made up of milk from the jug, cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, butter spread, grape jelly, orange apple juice, orange juice and coffee. No fruit, no cheap donuts or danishes. Towels are dingy No blow dryer Microwave is extra, why? No caffeinated coffee No iron, ironing board No luggage stand Flies must have been coming in through the broken door frame or the air conditioner. I used probably half a can of Lysol on flies. It knocks them down long enough to step on them. The mattresses are nasty I didn’t see any bedbugs. The sheets are years old, very thin The pillows were flat and had been washed one to many times. The pics online made them look nice and fluffy. Only one trash can in the entire room. The bed skirt smells like dog urine. I know because our dog kept alerting under the beds in different areas as if something was there. She wasn’t wrong; there was something there, all the dirt is swept under the beds, dental floss stick, why? Dustpan, people, sweep up the dirt, sweep it into the dustpan and throw away. The floors are a nice gray wood look. The bathroom was gross. Clean the corners of the baseboard. They are filthy The bathroom floors needed a good mopping and a new coat of paint on the walls. Do not use the towel bar in this bathroom as it will fall off the wall. All the baseboards need cleaned with a damp cloth. The wall outside the bathroom down by the floor under the vanity had clearly been marked by someone’s non housebroke dog. Appears to have been a short yappy dog. People if your dog isn’t housebroke, then bring their kennel so you can put them in the kennel while you are out. Your just being nasty, if the dog is peeing all over the room. It surely does the same at home. You are leaving this for other customers. Do better. The sink is very outdated, see the pics One ice maker on the property and it was out of order The pool was green, the filters must have been broken. The hot tub was non functioning The chairs around the pool had cushions on them that were falling apart. Our room may have been nonsmoking but the smoke was coming in from somewhere. My guess would be the floating tile ceiling in the bathroom. I am home and I still smell dog pee. I am so disgusted with this hotel.

Abbiamo fatto un viaggio indesiderato a Branson, celebrando il nostro anniversario. Era uno di quei momenti “facciatelo” - abbiamo deciso di voler vedere il Giubileo del Paese di Presley. Noi amiamo il loro spettacolo - lo vidi il nostro primo anniversario e molte volte da allora, ma non sono stati in pochi anni e abbiamo appena deciso di celebrare il nostro # 55 al Presley’s! Siamo arrivati a Branson circa le 5:30 e non pensavamo che avremmo avuto alcun problema trovare una stanza. Ma la maggior parte degli hotel che abbiamo controllato erano già in riempimento. Una delle signore ci ha detto che Holiday Inn Express aveva un paio di camere disponibili, quindi siamo andati lì. Possiamo ottenere una stanza, ma il prezzo!! L'abbiamo preso e siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza. Molto bello e pulito; letto e le mutandine erano davvero comode; la zona bagno e vanità era anche pulita. Ma quando siamo pronti a fare doccia, il matto di gomma era così tintato e brutto!! È necessario gettare via e sostituire o molteplici applicate di clorox! Tutto il resto della stanza era grande! Il pranzo la mattina dopo era una vera sfida. La zona e la piscina erano sul secondo piano, quindi i 2 elevatori disponibili rimasti pieni con persone che si accostavano, caricavano con bagagli; e persone che cercavano di andare alla zona o portare la colazione in camera. La zona di colazione era molto piena - mi sentivo quasi sbattuta l’uno sull’altro. Ho provato a mangiare cereali perché le linee verso l’uno dei produttori di waffle erano LONG e la linea verso i biscotti e omeleti lo stesso. Il mio colazione era il grano secco, e ci sono stati alcuni positivi su questo hotel - prezzo, bagno mat, e colazione sperimentata come negativa!
