Avevo davvero in guardia per rimanere qui, un grande hotel di stazione stile che non c'è dubbio sarebbe un po' divanto, per questo è il solo 3 stelle hotel . Ero sbagliato! E 'un grande hotel di stazione stile stile vecchio. Le camere sono tutte incredibili e eleganti in stile Victoriano. Mi preoccupava che il parcheggio gratuito (con buona sicurezza) potesse essere pieno ma ci erano abbastanza posti facilmente La colazione era buona in entrambi i giorni, soprattutto se ti piace un colazione cucinata Buona posizione centrale per facile accesso in & fuori città & per la città centro (Museo dei media attualmente chiuso per un grande aggiornamento). Nota che se si guida si può scoprire che se il vostro sat nav non è aggiornato si può avere un paio di false istruzioni e penso che un insieme di 18 mesi di lavori stradali sta per iniziare nel centro della città. Non un ovvio numero di opzioni di ristorante vicino, ma consiglio con forza il Bistro Polacco Food a pochi minuti di distanza - non una grande scelta di menu ma cibo autentico fresco preparato bene e a buon prezzo

I am visiting this hotel as part of a conference and I had to check in a day early. There was a mix-up in my reservation - there wasn't one. - and when I arrived at the hotel I met Vivian - the person at the reception desk. Even though there was no record of my reservation (not a fault of the hotel) Vivian assured me she would help me to sort out the situation. While attending to this, at the same time, Vivian made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She walked me over to where I might ”perch” for a bit and offered me a coffee while I waited. She made several calls and in a short time, got the information needed to allow me to check in, even just a bit early. Having been traveling for about 24 hours, I was very appreciative of getting in my room and relaxing a bit. I travel quite extensively for my business and have many times encountered people in Vivian's position who were very nice, courteous, and helpful. Vivian however, took this to a different level and made me feel like I was being attended to by a professional. A professional who cares very much, about me as a customer but also understands that she is a representative of a company. To this end, I believe Vivian exemplifies exactly what a person in her position should be - caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout my stay at the hotel, Vivian has remained the same helpful and welcoming person I first met and has proved to be the same, with my colleagues here at the conference. It's a delight to be able to write a review such as this about someone like Vivian and place praise where it is so richly deserved.

Amazing accommodation provided. Came over from Manchester (25th March 2023), me and my partner couldn't get over how nice and clean and stylish it was. So cozy, Spotlessly good. Bedroom size was great, tv entertainment 👌🏽 spot on. Everything at your leisure. Bathroom design fantastic, love the idea of the shower. Few things to bare in mind. As Ramadan was taking place, parking was a bit of a nightmare. But once prayer was over, parking is a breeze. The lift couldn't handle the constant use, it broke down and got stuck on 1st floor all night. So stairs will keep you fit. 😉. (3rd floor we was on), Other than that, amazing location, clean, worth the travel. Radiator gets super super hot when on. Do not adjust no more than 17, as the rooms are medium sized, it heats up well. Security around property I.e getting in to the hotel and you're room etc, Fantastic. Overall great stay, would recommend staying here. Would stay again and again. WELL DONE 😊 ACCOMMODATION BRADFORD 😊
