The home has its own gate and private pool, with screen covered porches on both levels and spacious living room. The pool is private and shared with the owners when they are on Island and in residence in the upper level of the home. The Buck View Guesthouse is built into the hillside and located on the lower level of the home. The guesthouse is extremely quiet and private and cannot be seen from the main house. The guesthouse has its own private entrance, private parking in the gated driveway and cannot be accessed from the upper level of the home.Note: The upper level of the home is never rented out when we have guests in the guesthouse.Two guest maximum. 25 years of age minimum.
