Designed for form and function, the thoughtfully appointed studio encompasses the entire second floor of a stand alone garage. It features a full kitchen with dishwasher, full bath, and stackable washer/dryer. Additionally, a starter kit is provided to guests with dishwasher tablets, a small tide detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper in addition to a few small snacks. In the pantry you’ll find a variety of K-cups and single brew coffee machine along with a toaster. Throughout the studio guests have access to highspeed internet, the bedroom offers guests a restful nights sleep on a queen size Serta mattress with 100% cotton linens, the living room features a smart TV(guests are responsible for logging in/out of their own apps) and a breakfast table with seating for two. The studio design makes this an ideal space for a couples getaway. As an avid big game fisherman and gourmet chef, Laura loved to entertain and host huge dinner parties. Her parties included a vast mix of characters from the who's who of New York City to the lowly local fishermen, making it a unique experience for all.
