A king on the main floor master with amazing views of Lake Charlevoix and a full bathroom , a Loft with a queen and a full bed on the top level with full private bath, and then lower level walk out to your private dock also has a queen and full bed sleeping 10 comfortably There is a mooring ball for your boat to tie to. Please only load/unload on dock as it will get damaged if tied there if there are any waves. The shoreline is rocky but we do swim off our dock. The House sits about 20 ft from the main road so it has a fenced in back yard on the lake side as well. Also, this property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is near the side door facing the entrance and driveway, and 1 camera is on the back corner of the house facing the backyard and boat dock. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
