This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.*Apartment #4 has two rooms one California king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed and Twin bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront. The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10mis away if you need anything.All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.*Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment.
