Located in a small neighborhood (with the ocean on one side and trees and city park on the other) our property overlooks the entrance to channel and nearby islands, and Pearson Cove. The Kodiak Boatyard is across the street and is typically busy in May and September when commercial fishing occurs, usually quiet in the summer. We have recently expanded our services as a fully furnished home to month to month leases for professional, project managers, or short term needs for folks, available between September and May.
