Only 5-10 minutes to the University of Tennessee campus, UT Medical Center and downtown Knoxville! Walking distance to Baker Creek Preserve and biking to Ijams Nature Park. This location has easy access to the Smoky Mountains, Townsend and Gatlinburg for day trips. Come enjoy the open concept living dining and kitchen combo with plenty of seating. The master has been newly upgraded to a king bed, and the second bedroom holds a queen. Both rooms are equipped with fluffy pillows and cozy, high quality sheets. The two full bathrooms make sharing this home with family or friends easy and convenient. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and even a trailer!You'll enjoy sipping coffee lounging on the comfy couch in the living room. It has a Roku TV, easy to input your own streaming accounts for movie night or binging your favorite show. The kitchen has everything you need for hosting brunch, whipping up a quick dinner, creating a cocktail, or sipping on a local beer. There's two outdoor areas to enjoy, the front porch with a couple rocking chairs and a carport with chairs around a gas fire pit. Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! • 50-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. • Luxurious mattresses • Fully equipped kitchen • Coffee with complimentary coffee/tea • Gym on the basement floor *2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 people): • 1st bedroom with a queen-size bed • 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed • Queen memory foam, fold-out floor mattress • 2 sofas that could sleep 1 guest each *1 bathroom There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church. At Haven, we pride ourselves on our guests’ experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. Haven wants to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible.
