I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet hot spring experience away from crowds. It is located a bit remotely from the city and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely love! Driving here is quite accessible. Since I planned to stay for more than one day, they provided a free pickup from the Kotohira JR Station, which is also very convenient. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. This low-density hotel has around 26 rooms, so it sells out very quickly, especially during peak season. There is a small gift shop, but I found everything I needed there. The room met my expectations, offering enough space with an outdoor deck and a private hot spring tub. I could hop into the hot spring tub anytime. If in the summer, I would be sitting on the outdoor deck to take in the views of the woods and nature, listening to the birds sing. The lotion provided is of very good quality; I use it every time I finish in the hot spring, as it smooths my skin. I should check if the gift shop sells it. The minibar is well-stocked with coffee and tea, and a 2-liter bottle of water was provided, along with a filtered water tap in the washroom. The public hot spring is spacious, allowing for plenty of privacy. One thing I wasn't sure about was that they provided us with a twin bed room. Since I was there with my husband, we expected a double bed room. We didn’t check with them about it because we decided to use the futon bed instead, which was surprisingly comfortable. I ended up sleeping even deeper than on a regular bed.  We were also confused about the futon bed setup requiring an extra charge, guess it was considered an extra bed. However, they arranged it for us without charging extra, which we really appreciated!  The dining experience was fantastic as well. There are different sessions in the restaurant, and they assign different tables for each meal, making it feel like dining in various restaurants. The service was very professional, with the staff explaining each dish to us. Even though one server covered two tables, I felt like they were serving us privately and gave us enough personal time. The restaurant closes after breakfast and before dinner, which gives you a great opportunity to explore the area during lunchtime. There are also delicious udon restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, though—I didn’t notice any room service available, so if you want snacks in your room, it’s a good idea to prepare your own. I am looking forward to staying in their other branches!

Vedendo i dettagli e il servizio dell'hotel tradizionale caldo, appena uscito dal furgone, c'è un personale di servizio che viene e viene immediatamente chiamato il personale di servizio cinese per aiutare. Il benvenuto degli ospiti è stato molto più punteggio. L'introduzione inglese del personale di servizio di ristorante è anche molto buona. Il cibo è molto delizioso e perfetto, Insieme a buone strutture e caldo, vale davvero la pena raccomandare 👍

The strawberries buffet is very tasty.We were satisfied with the big room and the comfortable onsen. The fresh air comes with the sunshine. We enjoyed the time with the island.

Ecco una breve e entusiasta recensione dell'hotel in inglese: La posizione è assolutamente invincibile solo a 3-5 minuti a piedi da un vibrante quartiere della vita notturna e una strada da cibo con opzioni fantastiche. Il bagno in loco è senza spot e offre anche gratis crema di ghiaccio, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il colazione è incredibilmente ricco e vario, con qualcosa per tutti. In generale, un fantastico soggiorno avrei sicuramente tornato!

Situazione a 10 minuti a piedi da una strada occupata su una piccola pista, se non chiedere di prendere dalla stazione ferroviaria, camminare là sembra un po 'di distanza. L'atmosfera era piuttosto oscura in generale, alcuni dei luoghi sembravano date ma in generale un classico hotel e personale erano attenti. Non ci sono molte strutture, è necessario pagare solo l'acqua in camera e il riposo in frigo, così come è un asciugamano privato, che rispetto all'hotel precedente che ho soggiornato non sembra troppo attraente.

Amo la posizione vicino ai jet, rende così conveniente prenotare i biglietti per i miei piani di salto in isola. Ci sono molti buoni pasti e 7-11 giù. Grande bonus è il bagno e lavanderia di onsen sul 9° piano. L'hotel offre anche una bottiglia di incentivo all'acqua e vi danno ancora degli asciugamani freschi, che si appenderanno alla porta della stanza quando non vuoi avere servizio di trucco della stanza. Un altro punto più è la pick limousine aeroporto è all'interno della proprietà sorella - JR Clement Hotel Molto consiglia questo hotel!

The hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

During my trip i have encountered some problem, they proactively provide assistance with their professional attitude which made me feeling heartful and respectful. Once again thank for their services and i will choose your hotel again if i come back to this place.

Nel corso dell'autunno di maggio, ci sono due piscina aperte in manutenzione.Al fianco del grande edificio, è necessario guidare sulla montagna e l'aria è buona.La qualità del caldo è buona.La stanza è grande e tranquilla, è molto adatta ai bambini anziani.Ma la finestra non è molto luminosa, è meglio portare i lacrime.Nel complesso, il rapporto costo-benefici è buono in autunno.

가족여행이어서 번화가는 아니면서 교통은 괜찮은 곳으로 이래저래 알아보다 선택했는데, 잘 맞아 떨어졌던 것 같습니다. 가와라마치역도 잠깐만 걸어가면 되고해서 잘 이용했습니다. 다만, 캐리어를 펼쳐놓을 공간은 책상 공간밖에 없는데, 이것도 좀 좁습니다. 저희는 기내로 가져갈 수 있는 크기의 캐리어라서 그나마 좁아도 사용을 했는데, 대형캐리어는 펼칠 곳이 없어서 곤란할 듯 합니다. 조식은 정말 맛있습니다. 다카마쓰에서 조식 우동 먹으러 가는 유튜브 많이 봤는데, 여긴 맛있어서 그럴 필요를 전혀 못 느꼈습니다.
