This single story, low elevation home was furnished and decorated with the utmost attention to detail. The KITCHEN is fully stocked with cooking and dining items (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes/utensils/cookery). The four seat kitchen table is the perfect place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning. The LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is open and inviting with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart TV with X Box One Console & Controller, and DVD player. Bring your own X Box One games or rent from RedBox in the Village. The living room has a wood gas fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging).
