The living room area has a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space and a cozy gas fireplace to keep warm in the winter.KITCHEN:We do not have an oven or a traditional stove. Our kitchen has an induction cook-top with a full array of spices, cooking utensils, pots, and pans! We also have a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and 4-slot toaster. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the patio, while listening to the soothing cascade water feature! (Water feature will not run during winter months)BACKYARD:Fire up the grill and cook out with your friends and family on the 5-burner propane grill in the fenced backyard. Cook s’mores around the propane fire pit and enjoy your evening under the beautiful Colorado sky. You are welcome to use our in-ground 15ft diameter trampoline, which includes safety netting.
