There’s a total of 8 beds (sleeps up to 14 guests):- 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed- Open loft area upstairs with daybed/trundle (twin size beds)- Living room area with sofa bed (queen size)- Twin size rollaway bed that can be added to any room upon request (good for kids). All bedrooms have queen size Tulo foam mattresses. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs.
