However, if you still wish to add pool heat, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.Our pool is heated by a heat pump, which relies on the outside air temperature to warm the water. While the system is effective, if the weather is particularly cold, it can take longer to reach the desired temperature. Sometimes, it may not get as warm as expected due to cooler outdoor conditions.Because the heat pump's performance depends on the weather, we cannot offer refunds if the pool does not reach the exact temperature you prefer. However, we do everything possible to ensure the pool is heated to the best extent possible.*GUEST VERIFICATIONTo ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi.
