Suite 201 offers a fully equipped kitchen, large sitting area with distant mountain views, large bath with walk in shower, and comfy king bed. Large windows let in lots of natural light, original wood floors, and exposed brick were retained in the renovation process. The loft is also home to art, commissioned by local Folk Artist Charlie Frye of Folk Keeper Gallery, specific to Burke County Landmarks. The unit has cental heat and air, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. All linens are supplied as well as toiletries, hair dryer, and clothing iron. Easy parking located behind the unit where there is private lighted entry. Parking directions can be given. Each guest will be given entry door codes to access the unit during their stay. Enjoy a day exploring Downtown Morganton or venture out to near by Lake James and hike the Fonta Flora Trail or Linville Gorge. Cozy, quaint 1930's river rock farm house, whole house rental, 1990 square feet, with private entrance, provides 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with hardwood floors, 2 with TV's, and an unique open stone floor shower for your comfort. Living room with gas logs, Dining room seats 6, full kitchen access with full coffee bar provided. Private entrance with porch and swing. The ability to close off living area and bedroom for maximum privacy. The house is furnished with 3 queen beds and one full bed, sleeps 8 people easily, 10 if someone doesn't mind sleeping on an air mattress or pull out couch. (extra cost will be required for cleaning and extra laundry) Wifi is provided free of cost. The grounds provide a 14,000 gallon koi pond, large patio with bar, table and chairs, large yard, barn, riding ring and an array of rescue animals of various kinds. We board and rescue horses, and the horses are visible from the porch and front bedroom. Koi can be fed and interacted with. Children may ride horses with assistance, for a reasonable rental fee.
