Guests who violate may be charged additional fees or asked to leave without refund.🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside or outside the property. • $500 fine if discovered.🎉 Events & Noise No parties or large gatherings. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Please respect our neighbors.👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed overnight. • Additional guests must be approved in advance. • Unauthorized overnight stays: $200 penalty per person, per night.🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved before booking. • Unauthorized pets: $300 fine per pet, per night + extra cleaning fee.📦 Deliveries We do not accept package/mail deliveries.
