Set in a pretty field with rural views towards the coast, this beautiful shepherd's hut has a private electric hot tub for romantic times under the stars (an optional extra which is booked for the duration of the stay: 2nights=£70, 3=£100. 4=£125, 5=£145, 6=£160, 7=£160) and a BBQ for alfresco dining watching the sun set. Inside is a double bed, with storage cupboard, a compost toilet, sink and gas shower in the bathroom, a gas cooker with 4 rings and grill and fridge in the kitchen area and a cosy woodburning stove.At St Faith's holidays we offer high quality accommodation designed for peaceful breaks in this stunning area of natural outstanding beauty, where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and unwind. We do have rules on noise and have quiet hours from 10pm - 8am so as not to disturb other guests or surrounding neighbours. Our accommodation is designed for couples and we ask that no music is played outside at any time. We are 5 minutes’ drive to the nearest beach and a mile from the local Pub and walking on the South West Coast path.The hut has its own car parking space in the car park at the rear of our house (St Faith's) then a walk along a path through a grassy field and willow trees to its own private space overlooking the orchard and beautiful views.We have one EV charger sited on the main house in the driveway, which can be shared by the 4 holiday lets. The EV charging point is an “Easee One” 7.4kWh. Please request a fob for the charger before you arrive so we can have it ready for you. The cost of charging is 50 pence per kWh. The fob will record how much electricity is used on the app, informing us on how much to invoice you for. Professionally laundered bedding provides that extra touch of luxury and WiFi is free of charge and reliable through the property so you won't miss anything while you're away!A short 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches of the North Cornwall coastline, however there's no need to go anywhere to experience beautiful views of the stunning Cornish countryside. The log cabin is situated in a gated courtyard with outdoor seating, BBQs and fabulous views to enjoy. A small area of field is also available for outdoor games so you won't be lost for things to do if you fancy spending a day close to home! If you like to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob and dishwasher so there's no need to argue over who's doing the washing up! Tamar Lakes is approximately 1 mile away and offers water sports and enjoyable walks. The cottage has been recently renovated and restored to a very high standard. There are two double bedrooms and a single room which easily accommodate 5 people. The beds can be configured to sleep a couple and three children or two couples and a single. A cot can also be provided. The place is excellently equipped including TV, Wi-Fi, Sound System, Log Burner and Heating System which includes underfloor heating downstairs. The kitchen has been refitted with the highest quality appliances including, oven, induction hob, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Newly built and very well appointed apartment with private terrace overlooking Bude canal. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer and any utensil you may need for self-catering. The two bedrooms will have linens ready for you, bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed, bedroom 2 contains a superking-size bed which can be separated into two single beds on request. Cancleave has been in the family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete knockdown and rebuild to create a modern, energy efficient and comfortable property. Cancleave is situated in beautiful North Cornwall, on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. With a large lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path, it commands extensive views across Bude Bay. The property lies within the North Cornwall designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as the Boscastle to Widemouth SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest). Nearby Widemouth Bay, Bude and Crackington Haven beaches are all patrolled by RNLI lifeguards on a seasonal basis, as are many of the other beaches in the area. It makes a great base to expolore the many attractions and delights that North Cornwall has to offer. From the coast path outside the gate, the numerous picturesque coastal villages, nearby Bodmin Moor and the highly acclaimed Eden Project slightly further afield, there is something for everyone.
